Backstory:
CIA Agent Lakot was a team-lead of the █████ CIA subbranch, specialized in the investigation of anomalous matters. During a mission on ██/██/████, where the team was deployed to investigate and dispatch two Type-Green reality benders, the type-greens incapacitated the team. Members of ██-█ "█████" arrived shortly after, where several agents were captured, and recruited to the Foundation. Lakot was willing to be recruited, and was embedded into Site-65, where he currently resides as a member of the "DEA-CIA" subdivision. He was given a decommissioned Beta-1 uniform with the new DEA-CIA patches, to save on costs from the Foundation.
