- Yes, I have 1 ban for when I left my computer on and my cousin hoped on and was being toxic, 1 for Fail RP on 939 for mass clicking, and 1 RDM that's expired for RDMing a random dclass.
What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
- I am capable of having valuable results while maintaining secrecy, independence, autonomy, and appearance. I have worked hand in hand with assistants and the 05 council on a few projects as a medical consultant, as well as provided information about anything that they need to know about or want to know about. I have also proven some things that I can do and will be good for a job as a OSA.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
- OSA assist in site oversight. When O5 (SI) are present, they assist to the command of their respective inspector. They are the instruments of foundation command while also being their eyes and ears. When 05 are not present, these responsibilities do not change. However, they themselves then become the personas of the overseers, acting as command for Alpha-1 as well as maintaining order amongst the departments throughout the foundation.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
- Ever since I became a CL4 I've thought about more responsibilities within my field, and some more leading more people and assisting more of my higher ups. I also believe this is my way of going in the server by taking more charge and having more responsibility and that's why I want to become a overseer Assistant.

November ##/##/#### Classfied Location
Combat Medic Lance was fighting a group of Taliban that attacked his convoy his squad lead was KIA and he was next in line, Lance started giving orders to his new squad. Lance gave them orders that would later win them this fight. After the mission Lance had to report to the Colonel on his mission telling him everything that happened even his squad leaders death, Lance was made squad lead because the Colonel saw his potential and what he did out on the battlefield.
December ##/##/#### Afghanistan
Lance and his team was deployed on another mission but this time Lance saw something no civilian should ever see, this time he encountered SCP-5550 his team took care of the Taliban they where fighting while Lance and one of his men went to SCP-5550 to see what it truly was. During this SCP-5550 attacked Lance and his other solider instantly killing his one man with him. SCP-5550 and Lance went into a heated battle Lance was severely injured after the fight but he held SCP-5550 long enough before the Foundation arrived and captured him. One MTF operator came over to him opened a briefcase with a screen on it. The screen came to life and all Lance could see on the screen was a black figure on the screen and he heard words, those words where "Welcome to the Foundation Lance."
The Foundation
Lance showed amazing skill sets at the foundation which allowed him to be a Medical Consultant and he still strived forward, eventually SI noticed him and they approached him with one job and that job as a OSA assistant.
