Why are you applying for a Security Captain position?
I am applying for Security Captain because I want to take on more responsibility and help make GENSEC better. I feel as if I can lead the department well and make decisions when no one can. Lastly, I want to start dedicating my time to being a Captain and take on the responsibilities of a CL4 to extend farther in the department. I think GENSEC has a lot of potential that is normally not used so I want to make GENSEC start noticing that.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
What makes me suitable for a Security Captain is that I believe I can behave calm in stressful situations, I am decent at combat, and leadership. Me being able to show leadership will get me far in the higher part of the department and will help me control GENSEC when needed. Also, I have been a GENSEC leadership role long enough to know that I should be able to hold a position to a higher standard. I believe that having all of these qualities will make me a good leader in GENSEC and including the other leaders that may help me along my time.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?
The responsibilities of a Captain in RP is guiding the GENSEC department, conducting trainings, upholding standards of the department, make GENSEC follow rules, and promoting future leadership (Sergeants). The captains are meant to be the leading role of the department when people need them and be someone to make the decisions when someone cant for GENSEC.
Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Leon 'Invictus' was an ordinary guy just living his life, and then he decided he wanted to join the military. Leon climbed up the ranks, becoming a very good soldier in the military and committing a lot. Then, one day he met someone who gave him a briefcase with and Interest Form to join The SCP Foundation as an MTF Operative at Site-65. Once Leon received the briefcase, he felt a sense of curiosity and excitement. He then filled in an Interest Form and received a call a few weeks later informing him he was accepted. The transition from the military to the Foundation was hard; it was more chaotic, and the stakes were much higher, but he adapted quickly. Then he was exposed to greater than ever at Site-65.
