Why are you applying for a Security Captain position?
I am applying for Security Captain because I want to take on a greater responsibility in Security, and to strengthen the Security department through leadership and consistency. To me, the Captains must make good judgment calls and be reliable because they are the first people lower-ranking Security will come to for help.
My time in Security has shown me the importance of the department and how we are the first line of defense for D-Block. This had further made me more interested in taking a bigger part in Security and getting the chance to lead it as a Captain.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
What makes me suitable for a Security Captain is that I have already spent time in other positions where I had to act calmly and also decisively. As a Captain, I have to not only ensure that I am handling situations properly, but also that the Sergeants and lower-ranking Security are, which means they are following proper procedure, are handling situations correctly if necessary, and are doing their duties the right way.
I also believe I am suitable because I will look over the entire situation and make a decision based on the facts. As a Captain, I should be able to be trusted to handle leading the department when there is no one else on, this could mean handling D-Blook riots, and doing trainings.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?
The responsibilities of a Security Captain in RP are to help supervise Security, guide the department members below them, lead operations, conduct training, and make sure the standards of the department are being upheld. They must also make sure that people inside of Security aren't breaking rules, and are following proper procedure when handling situations on site.
A Security Captain should also be someone lower-ranking Security can come to for help when they are unsure about how to handle something. They should be able to communicate clearly, keep the department organized, and lead by example instead of just giving orders.

Lucian Vale is a man who never takes off his mask. Whenever asked about it, he will come up with a new and different story about the mask's origin or how it got on his face; all the stories have the same common theme of it now being stuck on his face and being unremovable.
We know he was born in a small town south of Nevada, and was recruited by the foundation in ####; however, other than that, not much else is known about him.
