Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am applying for Site Advisor for various reasons, but mainly for creating larger roleplay around the server. As said in previous applications of mine, there are plenty of missed roleplay opportunities between departments or even the server in-general. As Site Advisor, I would work to encourage and even help players branch out into more roleplay scenarios, doing this by going around site, interacting with departments, and creating fun roleplay for people around me.
Additionally, I also believe Site Admin has a vital role in creating and guiding roleplay around the server. While you oversee and help the department you are over, you also should be going around site and doing fun stuff with people. This job is a big part in helping the server keep roleplay going.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I am suitable for Site Administration due to my experience in leadership positions. I have extensive experience with leading a department as I am Alpha-1 LTCOM, where I am responsible for managing my personnel, coordinating with departments, and making sure operations are running smoothly. I have also previously been DELCOM in CI, further showing my experience in leadership.
I also understand that Site Administration isn't solely about management, but about creating a good environment for the server as a whole. Due to my positions I have gained the experience needed to prove I can do this, I can create roleplay on the spot, have positive interactions with other departments, and doing this whilst keeping people engaged. Although I am currently on a Leave of Absence, when off of it I was maintaining a 6-8 day VTime, meaning I can spend all this time dedicated to Site Administration and helping better the site.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Site Administration have many responsibilities to worry about, but the main ones would be;
Voting on / Choosing Department Directors
Voting on / Choosing MTF Commanders
Voting on / Choosing Site Administration Members
Managing their assigned department
Tribunals of Site Staff
Authorizing of tests that don't need Ethics / O5
Hosting the CL4 Meeting
Management / Updating of the Site Wide Policies
Liaison between CL4’s and Foundation Command
Supervision of GOI Relations
