Why are you applying for Security Captain?:
I am applying for Security Captain because of my interest and passion for the GENSEC division and the duties they partake in. Ever since I joined the server for as long as I can remember I have had a passion for GENSEC. The entire core of SCPRP are the SCP's themselves and the testing that takes place on them, and without D-Class and Security to watch over them, that said testing cannot be done. Also I thoroughly enjoy mentoring new Cadets, partaking in sweeps and all around helping where ever I am needed in D-Block. With this passion and experience I have accumulated as an Officer I believe I am ready to take to the next step and become a Captain.

What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
I believe my leadership skills, experience and level-headedness makes me an exemplary candidate for the position of Security Captain. In the absence of Captains, I am almost always running the testing and medical lines of D-Block and ensuring that all researchers are getting the testing subjects they need and all Cadets and Guards are fulfilling their duties as GENSEC. I have prior experience with Jr. Lvl 4 clearance and I am familiar with leading all sorts of scenarios such as surface Intelligence gathering operations from my time as an Intelligence Ambassador, as well as leading enlisted from my time as E-11 NCO and I believe this leadership experience will allow me to excel in taking on the duties of a Security Captain.

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
Security Captains have a multitude of different duties and responsibilities which include and are not limited to:
• Calling code 2 when necessary
• Authorizing and leading D-Block sweeps
• Hosting RRT + HWL tryouts
• Ensuring every duty in D-Block is fulfilled (testing line, airlock, etc.)
• Mentoring and leading Guards, Cadets and Officers
• Working cohesively with other Captains and Chiefs to ensure that all of the above is done

Name: Larry Longbottom
Codename: "Lynch"
Physical Description: Brown hair, blue eyes, 6'2, semi filled out physique, large scar on back from 939 attack
Phycological Description: Outgoing, loud, ethical (sometimes), few loose screws
Background: Larry Longbottom was born in unspecified area of the United States. He seemingly had a normal upcoming as a child until tragically both of his parents passed at the age of 15. Larry was lost with no direction, so he decided to enlist in the U.S. Army at the age of 18. After passing basic training he joined the 66th Armored Regiment. Quickly his superiors noticed how Larry excelled in all aspects of combat. They approached him one day after a training and advised that he should take his skills to Delta Force selections. Larry was skeptical at first since the division itself, was shrouded in mystery. But, after deliberation, he accepted the offer. Being one of the 5%, Larry passed selections and was welcomed into its ranks. he quickly grew fond of the force and made many friends and close allies. He found himself, for once in his life, fitting in. But all of that changed when during a night op in Iraq, him and his team encountered an anomalous entity while making their way to a target set. They were ambushed by instances of 939 that were freed by Serpents Hand. One by one, his whole team got wiped out. On the verge of death from an extreme laceration from a 939 instances claw, Larry saw a helicopter touch down not to far. Right before he passed out he saw the men with weird circular insignias on their backs, stun the 939 instance. When Larry awoke in a hospital, he was informed of the tragedy. At first, he didn't believe a thing that happened. A weird red dog that could mimic human voices. He could still hear the screams of his teammates. Everything about the nature of the 939 instances and the Foundation was disclosed to Larry. The Foundation took interest in his fighting and survival capabilities and offered him refuge at one of their facilities as a security guard. The hiring agent also added that if one of those things were to be terminated, he would be able to watch. Filled with vengeance, he graciously accepted the offer and began his work as a Foundation Security Officer.
