Why are you applying for Site Director?
I'm Applying for Site Director because I have all the experience I would need to be successful within the role, After taking a break then coming back to the site I've seen a lack of care for how things are ran and what in my opinion needs to be changed for Site health, Flow, and common sense. There's many things I would like to change for the US site, For on ill list it now is the gun permit system. I was put in place with very lack luster intent and without actual care for how it conflicts with FLC and COC. I love watching the random techie with a SPAS 12 eventually blow some CL3s head off. Gun have no definite listing to what they are. ASVAL is listed and or wanting to be listed as a SMG when it is in fact an assault rifle and IMO no one under CL4 should be carrying a weapon that is larger than the .44 magnum.
What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
My experience makes me suitable to site director over advisor because I have been in both roles of Site manger and advisor under jaeger. (may he rest in peace) I have a great foundation for the position and all the knowledge I would need to be successful in the role whether that's the Ethics experience or the administration experience. Site administration is something I have missed, I use to dislike it but once I got the taste of what Site command gives I can firmly state, Site admin is where I want to be.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Manage the Site manager and advisor with their Weekly and or monthly tasks
Audit and question departments on what they may need assistance with
Conduct Court of appeals judgements
Approve or Deny policy changes Dpt leads or fellow site administration bring to the table
conduct BI-weekly CL4 meeting to discuss what has been happening within the site and what changes need to be brought forward
Speak with CL5 members of staff about problems the Site director themselves cant change (Cl5 Policy)
Appoint new site advisors to the position
Promote Advisors to Managers
Vote on Leadership positions of DPTs and Foundation MTFS (E11/Nu7)
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Madden San Miguel, Ex Member of the esteemed Ethics Committee and Site Administration Class - E'd into forgetting the CL5 knowledge yet remembers the time and purpose of being Ethics. Thought to of Vanished from Site-65 and the Committee as a whole but was sent on a Leave of Absence by the EX. Chair of the Committee for Madden San Miguel's previous actions that don't align with the chair's expectations. Madden Miguel Went through Re training and mental conditioning to align with the ideal of for the Foundation not for self. Madden's Ego and unwillingness to change breaks with this training, converting him into someone who might be crude when spoken to but someone who cares for the Operations and Day to Day Life for personnel, Hence why his interest in Site Administration again. This is a test for Madden Miguel, something that madden himself needs to try to prove himself and to others that he is here for the foundation for the ideal and goal that the SCP foundation upholds. though this doesn't mean if given the right circumstances Old him might slip.
