What Ethics Committee role are you applying for, and why:
This has been my goal since I Joined the server. I'm a good choice for ECM due to my activity, experience and understanding of Site politics and policy. During my Time in Omega 1 I've gotten a good grip on how the ECMs act within the site and what they do. As ECA I've learned how to handle myself as a Non-combative and how to handle somethings within departments, Even more so with my Site Manager Position. My time within Site Admin I've learned how to actually manage and change things within Departments and how to interact with people in the correct and non hostile way the better suits the community.
What makes you the best candidate for the Ethics Committee?:
I know my way around the site, I know the COE and Server rules and site policy, I understand people's concerns and complaints and help in ways I can to accommodate them. I'm friendly and easy to talk to. I set up IG scenarios to improve RP and site wellness. In my time as Site Admin I've learned More about how to Involve and add RP. Learned how the leaders of departments act and run their departments and how they want to change them for the sake of RP. I've Created Cross Regimental actions or requests for the betterment of both sides like what I’ve worked on with the DoR and Front Runner Chemists. My dedication, Assertiveness, and Open mind is why Im best suited for the role of Ethics Member.
What are the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee in RP?:
Manage ISD
Appointing new DoISD
Make Changes to the COE
Uphold the COE Throughout Site, meaning Departments
Prosecute CoE offenders
Give out permits
Make sure O5 and A-1 are following the COE (Heavy RP)
Uphold the legal codex
Give O1 Orders and task to complete
Give Assistance Tasks For Info Gathering
AA Authorization
Work with O5 to make sure Site runs smooth and efficiently
Calling ERT
Blowing up site when very bad breach happens

Accept ECA applications
Vote on ISD Directors
Meetings with CL4 or Cl5
Demotion appeals If Involved and notified
