Hi Madden,
Firstly I'd like to say +Support.
I normally try to stick away from replying to applications when I am applying for the same position though in this instance I'll write my mind. Madden started as a O-1 under me from there I've seen him slowly improve and get into a position in which he holds dear to him (Site Admin) from there he's been excited every day finding something new to do and being active on the server when he can. If there's anyone that I'd love to get ECM it's him. I look forward to the outcome and your future endeavours Madden.
