Reason For Request:

During Maksim's daily duties of running D Block, he headed to medical to get a stab wound stitched up when a tech expert, seemingly insane, threw a jar of acid onto enigma's face, causing severe scarring on his left side and loss of his eye which was promptly replace by medical teams nearby. Since this event, the previous cybernetic has started failing due to extended use of an experimental emergency implant. Over the past 3 years the medical and research departments have worked together to design and realise this new cybernetic for Maksim to have implanted at his earliest convenience, with unknown side effects of course.....
