What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition:
I believe I can bring numerous things to the Global Occult Coalition. I really appreciate to RP and I strongly believe I can bring good RP to GOC. I am someone with a strong sense of ethics and work. I like to do things well and finish what I start. I can also bring my combat experience and sense of tactics to the members of GOC and help out anyone who could need help improve their fighting skills.
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:
I wish to join the GOC for multiple reasons. Firstly, I really love roleplay and I think Nu-7 and overall the Foundation doesn't do enough roleplay. I also wanna join the GOC because I heard from a lot of people it was a fun branch. CI was never really for me but I believe GOC might be the one. I love Milsim and GOC seems a lot oriented towards that.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:
UNGOC was founded after the Seventh Occult War (WWII) and serves as an official protector of the human race. Their main goal is to protect the human race by destroying or terminating any anomaly, even taking extreme measures to destroy some that do not pose a threat to the human race. They are composed of 108 powerful anomalous or occult organizations. The GOC currently has more fundings than the Foundation being judged as the "police of the paranormal world".
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
PHISICS:
The Physics division is the action arm of the GOC. They do scouting missions, investigations of SCP's and will often go on missions to capture of kill anomalies discovered when investigated or found during a scouting mission. There is two main groups in this division, the Strike Teams who deals with assault and overall combat against anyone or anything posing a threat. Then there is the Assessments Teams. They deal with investigations and observations of anomalies.
PSYCHE:
The Psyche division specializes in diplomacy. Their main goal is to keep good relations with other organizations who are around the anomalous world and make sure to keep peace between them and themselves.
PTOLEMY:
The Ptolemy division is the Research & Development part of GOC. Their duties extend from scientific researches on anomalies to research & development in the goal of creating new technologies and logistics giving out food and equipping everyone with the necessary equipment like weapons and technologies needed for certain missions.
All there divisions are essential for the good function of the Global Occult Coalition and should never be abandoned or let aside.
What Are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?:
The GOC as 5 main missions which I will list below in order of importance, but it is important to remember that they are all important and just like the Divisions, should not be forgotten or let aside.
Survival:
The GOC must protect the human race at all cost. This rule is the most important one and takes over the other four.
Concealment:
The GOC must keep all information's pertaining anomalies secret to avoid a mass panic from civilians, which could lead to a high number of casualties.
Protect:
The GOC must always protect is operatives and civilians whenever possible unless this goes against the two first rules.
Destruction:
The GOC will not take any chances with anomalies and will destroy them all to avoid the destruction of the human race.
Education:
The GOC members should always seek to expend their knowledge about anomalies and threat that they poses.
Please explain The Seventh Occult War:
A number of Nazis founded their own occult group around the end of World War II. The name of this group was "Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps". The "Rite of Solomon" ritual, which had the power to change the nature of magic itself, was what they were trying to achieve. If they were successful, the Germans would restrict the use of magic to themselves, establishing a master race. The ritual was interrupted, sadly for the Obskurakorps, by the Allied Occult Initiative, also known as the Global Occult Coalition. But other organisations provided assistance to the AOI. These other organisations were the SCP Foundation and the FBI's Unusual Incident Unit. Furthermore, these associations might have prevented Germany from winning World War II as they had prevented the Obskurakorps from completing the rite. Soon after, the AOI changed its name to the Global Occult Coalition to protect humanity from prospective anomalies.
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?:
I believe the Global Occult Coalition is different from other organizations because of the fact they do not take chances or seek the survival of the anomalies but the survival of the human race. Many organizations tries to contain, free or change the anomalies which could pose serious threats to the human race, but the GOC takes no chances and eradicates all anomalies they come across, analyzing them thoroughly before hand.

Biographical Information:
Maxime Lafleur was born in 1987. His mom abandoned him after he was born and he was left with his dad, a retired JTF2 operator. Lafleur became an infantry officer in the Canadian army and decided to follow his dad's steps and go trough the scanning steps to attend the next JTF2 tryout. During these 6 days hell week, he went above and beyond his capacities to maintain himself and his fellow comrades alive and continued on for each exercise. Has the 7th day arrived, he had survived. He still had a few months of training, but the hard part was done. As an Assaulter, he went to multiple countries to do diverse missions. The mission that changed is career was in Canada, in Ottawa. The parlement was attacked and 23 hostages were made. The SWAT could not enter due to explosives being placed at each entry, taking too long to diffuse. The squad of Lafleur was called to deal with the situation. They landed on the roof from a Blackhawk and prepared to rappel down the skylight on the roof. They needed to take out the leader of the small terrorist group as he could detonate the whole building at any moment, making everyone inside and around the building die a horrible death. As the entered, Lafleur shot one of the attackers in the chest as his teammates took down the leader. They breached door after door, until they reached all the hostages. Panic ran through the terrorists until one of them ran at Lafleur with a grenade. Lafleur took him down, but the grenade was unpinned. The grenade landed at his feet. He froze for a second but jumped on it. The grenade exploded on him, but his body armor absorbed most of the blast, knocking him unconscious. He was dragged out and rushed to the Blackhawk to an hospital where he was pronounced dead. When he woke up, he was not in a hospital anymore, he was in a room with 2 man by his side. One of them introduced themself as "Banker", the leader of the Global Occult Coalition. He explained to Lafleur the whole thing, what they are, what he would do and what were is other possibilities. He then asked Lafleur if he would like a position in the ranks of the GOC and he accepted.
