[USA] Maxwell 'Arcturus' Shepherd's Director of Research Application

I think you take too many things people say to heart. But that you do strive to help provide the best possible experience for those under you in research, even if it gives others above you a headache. I don't necessarily think that is a bad thing. Pushing and prodding to better your department and get results for it is something every Department Director should do, even if it makes them unpopular with their superiors or peers, as long as it doesn't overstep. I do think you have the dedication to hold this position but, I do also recommend taking a breath once in a while and going slower.

Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.
