Why are you applying for Internal Affairs Ambassador?
I'm applying for Internal Affairs Ambassador because I want to help agents who aren't correctly guided or haven't been guided to greatness. I have seen many agents who are confused or put the wrong punishments on cases because they don't understand the code of ethics, conduct, codex, etc. As an ambassador I can share my experience over the years by doing purposeful lectures. Also, I have seen many agents acting unprofessional which is unacceptable in any manner. I will make sure that the IA department is professional and is a role model department. I will make sure that all IA agents that break the code of conduct/ethics will be addressed in a proficient manner. Lastly, I was asking questions when I started but now agents come to me for questions which is my calling to take IA to the next level.
What makes you suitable for Internal Affairs Ambassador?:
I believe I'm suited for Internal Affairs Ambassador because of my experience and discipline. Throughout the years I have learned hard lessons and asked many questions which have shaped me into a great candidate for ambassador. I was a researcher before I became an agent, I wrote many excellent documents ranging from level 1 to 3. This means that I can make great documents that are filled with information but not overloaded with useless information. Also, I can help make IA more professional because recently I have seen many agents acting very unprofessional. But I'm not very harsh on punishments I believe that if you are new and don't understand the codes you shouldn't be punished unless we have talked before or it is a serious crime. If you are high in the ranks and have experience, you shouldn't be breaking the codes which if you are you will be punished in a fair way. If you hire me, I will be a role model for agents and be a great teacher for the new agents.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
5-6 (IA Documents) At the time of writing this. The following is what I believe makes a document good:
-Summaries: I believe a good document needs a good summary that is informative and straight to the point. Summaries should include the main events leaving the little things out as an example of what not to do "As he walked the floor creaked" Yes this can be good for painting an image in the reader's head, but most people don't want to read extra things that are pointless.
-Organization: Good documents should be organized for the ease of reading. Keep pages dedicated to a certain thing such as summary, intro, etc. don't squeeze in multiple things in one-page having more than 1 page is okay.
-Spelling And Grammar: This is a MUST HAVE if you mess up on your grammar or spelling you will be dinged for it. But one thing to improve your documents is adding advanced vocabulary and sounding more professional overall. You won't be marked off for this, but it gives a better look on how you are in person and dedication to IA.
-Follow Traditional Writing Rules: If you follow traditional writing rules you will be seen as a great writer. You can get marked off for not following these rules but mainly it's all about writing professionally and having outstanding impressive documents.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Affairs Ambassador in RP?:
The Internal Affairs Ambassador responsibilities include administering agents. As an ambassador you are responsible for disciplining agents that aren't following protocol Also you set positions for IA agents to be located. Ambassadors will approve investigations and arrest level 4 personnel except directors, MTF commanders, and site administration. Ambassadors will make sure agents follow the code of conduct, code of ethics, and the codex. Ambassadors will also follow the standard level 4 personal procedure. If necessary, IA ambassadors can make ID check points and certain things kos/Aos which includes but not limited to aos if a noncombative is not going to PW during a breach or a personal that has broken one of the codes and is on the loose.
