What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
Experince. Ive lead multiple Sub-Divisions in the past like CRB and my experinces in diffrent roles as an example Executive have given me insight on how to efficently and professionaly perform my duties given. I take my duties seriously and always try to put max Effort into them and adapt to the situations given to me. To Keep it short. I always try to better myself and be more efficent at the things i do. Basically trying to be the best version of myself that i can be.

The responsibilities for an OSA vary depending on the task given, but these are the main responsibilities;

- Take and conduct orders from the O5 Council
- Serve under the O5.
- Approve work permits for D-Class
- Conducting any listed orders found in the Discord
- Authorization of AA in Code 5's
- Approve research / testing.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
Honestly, being part of the Ethics Regiment has started to feel unfulfilling, as I haven’t been given many duties to carry out. I feel under-utilised by my superiors, and I’m eager to take on more responsibility. I also want to keep learning and be more active within Site Command. I would really appreciate the opportunity to work more closely with the O5 and Site Administration so I can gain valuable experience and become the best version of myself.

Maxwelli is a born German Citzien. His Family having moved back to Germany after the WW2. Maxwelli spent his early years at the Hector Kinderakademie, developing a thirst to understand the unkown and the fabrics of our world. He attened the HFT Uni where he obtained his Major in Naturwissenschaften and His Minor in Economics. After years at working at KIT. He was sent onto a research site in the Black Forest where he was exposed to SCP-4975, An SCP that was known to the German Population as Folklore. Dating back to the year 1863. Maxwelli was exposed to this, He had watched how his Colleagues were killed and also noticed the Foundation arriving at the Scene. He was taken in for questiong and was kept under holding since anyone thats normally exposed to 4975 is being hunted, after weeks of Detainment and Testing done on Maxwelli. It was noted that he wasnt being affected the usual way by the anomaly. Only hearing a Constant ticking Sound instead of Death. He was offered a Position at the Site. Where he worked for years as a Research Assitant. To briden his understanding of the anomalies the Foundation holds. He requested a Transfer to Site-65 wich was approved. Now he had been working at Site-65 for 2 years, Jumping to Sr. Researcher to Executive Researcher and Finally being a Assitant. His need for a clear structure and a efficent way of doing driving him further. Always wanting to better himself and make sure that things get done, No matter what it takes.
