Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
-I am applying for the position of Site Advisor because of my ability to assist with the day to day operations of the Foundation and help people progress their ideas to higher-ups.
I am eager to assist the departments on-site in their work while also ensuring that all voices of the foundation are heard and not mistreated solely because of their status. I am confident in my administrative skills and competence. My activity, which includes committing hours of my time each day to playing and enjoying the server, has prepared me for this position. As an Ethics Committee Assistant, I have led numerous successful investigations into various departments, which I am not at liberty to disclose owing to their sensitive nature.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
My experience as an Ethics Assistant makes me think im qualified for this line of work. As an Ethics Assistant, I've been trying my best to represent the Ethics committee in an excellent light, being a professional, kind, and being a helpful representative of the committee, and enforcing the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct. Furthermore, my ventures and constituents throughout several departments have given me valuable insight into their issues, policies, and inner workings. I'm in touch with the regular casual players of Site 65 and wish to represent them so i can help the foundation even more than what i am currently doing. I have shown that i am against any kind of corruption with me, gathering hours worth of footage on someone just to have them punished for they´re evil doings and abusing other Site-65 Staff. 1. Ensuring Foundation Personnel Adherence to Legal codex, CoE, CoC
2. Enforcing Disciplinary Action on Department Leaders if need be
3. Approving Tests and Signing Off on SCP Samplings
4. Authing Sweeps of D-block/Mass Terminations if things get messy
5. Authing Raids of GOIs When Needed
6. Assisting with RP for Departments and Foundation in General
7. Attending and Hosting Meetings
8. Approving D-Class Work Permits and Signing Off on Them
9. Assisting with Department Policy Changes
10. Watching Over the various Departments
11. Allowing GOIs to Help if Needed during a breach
12. Authing AA Use when needed

After having been transferred from The German Branch of The SCP Foundation, Maxwelli sarted out as a jr researcher inside Site 65, During this time He was often exposed to the chaotic nature of D-block and the Questionable Moral of Some Gensec Staff that treated D-class unjust. He felt bad for them, being treated like less than human without any reason that other then that they were disposable and didnt matter in the longterm, This Suffering fueled Max´s sense for justice and Morality, His Goal was to become he becomes An ECA is to be an watchfull eye and stop any kind of Violation or Abuse to Staff that may can happen, Trying to Assist the Committee and Site Staff, and after months of said work he got used to his new work and colleagues, Though Maxwellis always wants to do more to help the People at Site 65, so he wants to work up the ranks of this Site and show that hes willing to do anything no matter what as long as it helps the foundation in their goals.
