I believe I am the best candidate for Overseer Assistant due to my extensive experience in multiple areas like non-combative and combative documentation writing. I have held multiple non-combative jobs, including OSA, ECA, and Executive Researcher. One of the biggest factors is that I have held OSA, which means I know the duties and responsibilities of a position of this nature and what will happen. As well, with my extensive documentation, I will be able to write documents when requested and make them professional. This is further proved through the jobs I have held, like Executive, UNGOC 1862-TL, assistants, and being the O-1 documentation and management lead.

Authorizing AA during breaches
Carrying out the will of O5
Approving certain tests
Enforcing the CoC
Giving work permits
