I, unfortunately, have had no whitelisted role in my time of playing.

I have had four warnings and one ban, with my fourth warning resulting in a ban. All of them have been for RDM.
What makes you suitable for SCP-096?
I have wanted 096 ever since I started playing on CN SCP-RP, and I will play it more than any other SCP on the server. Another thing is that I love being SCPs during testing; it's my favorite thing to do on the server. Also, I believe 096 is not being played enough, and I will be playing on it more than anything.
What is the usual behavior of SCP-096 when pacified?
SCP-096 is normally passive until its face is seen by anyone in the world. Now, whoever has seen its face will be guaranteed death, and when 096 is breached, it will be warned as a code 4 Cognito hazard.
When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 go straight to D-Block?
SCP-096 can go anywhere; it all depends on where the person who has seen its face goes. Say if a D-class has seen SCP-096's face, then 096 could go into inner D block if that D-class was still in there at the time.
How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
(1) When SCP-096 is breached, a cl3+ will call a Cognito Hazard.
(2) Scrambles will be assigned to the re-containment team they will also get buckets.
(3) SCP-096 will be located and then called out in comms.
(4) The re-containment team will go to that location to further put a bucket on 096's head immediately after he is put in SCP Restraints, then taken back to his CC.
