Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: Class E failrp and 3 bans, The following are the reasons why I've been warned/banned: Combat cuffing, sneaking in the facility as a guns dealer, selling weapons to D-Class as a chef, using a gun as a medical trainee in self defense and one more reason I can not recall. I got all of these warnings when I first started playing the server and didn't know any of the rules, I have since read the rules and have started taken the server much more seriously, no longer a minge.

Why are you applying for Security Captain?: I'm tired of seeing GENSEC fail during sweeps and I want to see them to succeed, I also think it would be a fantastic idea to get better leadership skills even further from being a Captain, help and teach the new people in GENSEC and just make the department a better department with a better reputation with better trained GENSEC.

What makes you suitable for Security Captain?: Firstly, I already have leadership experience from my time in Epsilon-11 as a Non Commissioned Officer. Secondly, I can deal with high pressure and intense scenarios with ease and I always have something to ready to counter the problem. Last but not least, I'm a very professional, mature person and I don't minge around.

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?: Manage and order GENSEC, because if there was no person in command, telling them what to do, everything would just be all over the place. Captains are also supposed to authorize sweeps if necessary and oversee GENSEC and make sure everything is up to standards. They are supposed to lead GENSEC into D-block in the event of a sweep and act as GENSEC commissioned officer.

Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in: Michael Rodriguez, or Mike for short, grew up in a ordinary household with his Mom, Dad and Brother, he lived a normal childhood and enjoyed playing video games. After graduating from High School at the age of 17, Mike went on to join the United States Army, Mike through the ranks in the US Army very briskly, becoming a Sergeant in just 6 years of service. Mike got his codename ''Truck'' after he got shot 5 times in the chest during a deployment in Afghanistan and kept on fighting, all 5 bullets were found to been absorbed by the bulletproof vest Mike was wearing, however he still suffered from 3 broken ribs from the impact of the bullets. Mike was taken back to the United States to recover. By this time, a certain group have already taken interest into Mike and his outstanding work in Afghanistan. About a 8 months have passed and Mike has honorably discharged from the Army, One day, Mike gets a knock on his front door, He opens the door and sees two men wearing black suits in front of him, "Sir please come with us." one of the Agents say, Mike was confused but for some reason went with them. After about an hour of driving, the vehicle finally stopped and both of the Agents got out, dragged him out the car, then blindfolded and gagged him. Mike started to panic because he thought he was being kidnapped and fainted. When he woke up, Mike was in a interrogation room sitting down in a chair, one of the Agents started to approach him. The Agent started explaining to Mike what was going on and what the SCP foundation was and their goal, Mike was very confused and didn't believe them. Why wouldn't the US government tell the public about this? Why am I here?
The Agent answered his question "Because we want you to offer you a Security position here." "We have heard about you're performance in deployment and we believe you are fit for the job." Mike realizes that this is an 1 in a life time opportunity and accepts their offer, He then goes on to rise the ranks in General Security and becomes a good member within the department.
