Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I greatly enjoyed my time as an Ethics Assistant and am interested in furthering my progress in an administrative position. I want to continue non combative roleplay and document creation. I believe the current Site Administration roster is very capable and effective which motivates me to want to contribute to their efforts as a Site Advisor. Finally, I want use my time, effort, and abilities to assist other departments that could benefit from my being there.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I believe that I possess the necessary qualities to make me the best candidate for Site Advisor. I am active on the server for a minimum of 3 hours a day, everyday. I am engaging in role play and activities daily on the server. I am available and willing to help/assist anyone that requires it. I am a hard worker that will see my work through. I will put my all into this position and expect the same from the people around me. I will always try and improve on my weaknesses while maintaining my strengths. I carry myself in a professional and serious manner while also leading others to do the same. I believe I possess the foresight and knowledge necessary to be an effective leader. I can and will motivate others to be the best they can be by leading by example. Finally, I have ample CL4 experience in B1, 01, A1, Gensec Captain, Ethics Assistant, and now Special Agent.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Site Advisors assist in the day to day activities of the Site Director as well as allowing AA when breaches are unmanageable. Site Advisors also facilitate GOIs wanting to enter the facility. Additionally, Site Admins will oversee operations of various departments/MTF’s to ensure they are running effectively. They will communicate with COs and field reports from members at all levels. Finally, Site Admins will compile reports on the status of these departments/MTF and report back to the Site Director.
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Mikes had always been a dedicated and skilled operative for the SCP Foundation. As a Beta-1 LT, he had undergone rigorous training to become a specialist in dealing with anomalous entities and GOIs. He had been involved in countless missions and had always performed his duties with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.
Despite his successes, Mikes had always felt that he could do more for the Foundation. He longed to take on a leadership role and contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes of the organization. His hard work and dedication eventually paid off, as he was promoted to the position of site advisor at one of the Foundation's top facilities.
Mikes was thrilled with his new role, but he knew that it would come with new challenges and responsibilities. As a site advisor, he would be responsible for overseeing the containment and study of some of the most dangerous and mysterious anomalies in the Foundation's possession. He would need to work closely with other staff members, including researchers, agents, and security personnel, to ensure that everything ran smoothly and that no breaches occurred.
Mikes quickly got to work, familiarizing himself with the facility's operations and its various SCPs. He spent long hours in meetings with his colleagues, discussing containment protocols, anomaly research, and personnel management. He also spent time in the field, accompanying agents on missions and conducting his own investigations.
Despite the demands of his new role, Mikes loved every minute of it. He relished the opportunity to work closely with some of the Foundation's brightest minds and to contribute to the organization's mission of safeguarding humanity from the dangers of the anomalous. He knew that his promotion was not just a recognition of his past accomplishments but a challenge to continue growing and improving as an agent and as a leader.
As Mikes settled into his new position, he knew that there would be many more challenges to come. But he was ready for them. He had spent years preparing himself for this moment, and he was determined to make the most of it. For Mikes, being a site advisor wasn't just a job, it was a calling. And he was ready to answer that call, no matter what it took.
