Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?: Yes, I was a Gmod server administrator for a good 5-6 months and climbed the ranks from Trial mod all the way up to Sr. Admin. I've had a lot of learning opprotunites while I was working there. I became the Admin that everyone looked to for advice and was a good example for other staff on the server. I Had to resign because of school but now I've gotten a good schedule down so I will be able to play a lot more. I've delt with all types of people when I was a server staff since I would either take the sits or staff visits/pulls (at least thats what we called them in that server) or I would be watching the staff perform and write reviews on their performance and the help them improve after their sit was over.

Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?: No, I have had experience with normal RP in the old server I worked for. I know the difference between when I can screw around and when I need to be serious in situations. I can joke around with someone to get them in a friendly mood and have a great interaction with them and set a good example during staff sits or just in general. When the situation calls for it, I can act serious and make sure to make no mistakes.

Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?: I want to become a moderator for because this server is a really good server and definitely one of the best SCP servers I've come across by far. I want to make sure that you guys have the task force to manage and keep this server running for as long as possible since I want others to be able to experience the fun that players have on this server. This server is also very customizable, I want to be able to help by adding Q.O.L features such as a spread sheet of all the level requirements for different certificates and divisions and who you need to talk to, in order to get a certain certificate. I can help you guys because I know about Gmod (200+ hours and counting) and all its dumb physics and stuff so I can help when the server starts breaking (like when the D-class were somehow able to grab the containment door with the grav gun last night).

What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?: I have three things that would be very beneficial to the staff team. I have good communication skills with others. Examples of when they would be useful is when a person starts to get hostile or two people are arguing in a Staff sit or meet I can calm the situation down and get some back story if needed. It could also be useful if two staff start arguing with each other about a certain ruling where I can calm them both down then take a look at the rule book to see what the right ruling was/is. My second reason is that I have a general idea of what to look for as a server staff such as certain rules and breaking RP because of my experience on the past server. I know there will be differences between this server and the last server I staffed for but I will overcome those differences. My third and final reason is that this server always brings me a fun time and keeps me engaged and happy for hours. If a staff member can have fun while doing their job, it will be able to reduce staff burn out and keep a bigger and better staff team overall. Thank you.
