- MRDM Ban ; I was playing as ERT and threw Nerve Gas into D-Block when I shouldn't have.
Why are you applying for Chief of Security? :
- I'm currently applying for Chief of Security because I still continue to strive to see major and positive changes granted to the General Security Department. Granted, I have not been a Captain nor a Sergeant for a good while, but I still tend to go onto the GenSec Officer job to go back to my old roots. General Security was one of my core main factors for going into other combative jobs on Foundation, and I couldn't have been anymore grateful to have been apart of a wonderful Department & a truly wonderful CO team during my time, so I wish to come back and be able to achieve more and see actual positive changes being done. I'm taking my chance to apply again for CoS to follow in the footsteps of the previous CoS' before me, and I want them to be able to look back at the Department and be proud for what they left behind & to not let their legacy down.
What makes you suitable for Chief of Security? :
- I believe I'm suitable for Chief of Security because I'm well equipped with the knowledge on what it takes to be a true leader & understand the responsibilities that comes with the job. I'm still currently in the loop with the Department and I am still pretty aware of the policies & policy changes that has happened. I also make it a point to treat everyone I come into contact with to treat them with the utmost respect and be kind towards everyone. I also know how to be disciplined & understand when to dish out punishments as I see fit, regardless of it's ruthlessness. I understand that from first appearances my personality may come off as 'silly' or 'unserious', but I can positively reassure people that I take my roles very seriously & quickly learn the difference from having a fun time to getting the job done right & efficiently.
What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Security in RP? :
- Implementing new polices & updating out-of-date ones to reflect new changes to the Department.
- Managing, teaching, & listening to Captains (new & old) and taking their opinions & making decisions as a team.
- Working closely with Site Leadership (Site Admin, Ethics, & the O5) to figure out new & update old policy changes, closely understanding & fix overlapping rules within those departments.
- Making sure the General Security Department is in good standing with Site Command/Leadership
- Strengthening bonds with other Departments & MTF's to assist each other.
- Teaching GenSec members (new & old) responsibility, policies, and how to one day become their own leader.
Please give some lore about your Chief of Security character and what storylines would be involved in :
A Sergeant for many weeks, a Captain for many months, and a dedication to become the Chief of Security... After her incident including a D-Class, Monica had pushed herself to be more strong willed and more independent. Although still keeping up her friendly and nice attitude towards most of the Foundation personnel, she still kept her stern attitude towards D-Class and those unwilling to follow orders. She pushed herself to be the best in her department, and she made sure that she earned her respect the honest way. Although she still gets an earful from those pushing her buttons, she had learned the lesson of just not listening to those trying to tear her down. When she noticed that a positioning for Chief of Security had opened up, she knew she immediately had to take her chance. She didn't lose an eye for nothing after all.
After many countless nights of teaching GENSEC, operating her teams, and doing her job as a GENSEC Captain, she had finally landed her job as 'Miss. Chief of Security', a title she never though she would think to get. With her new positioning, she seemed somewhat happier within the Foundation. Mostly found within D-Block Checkpoint, she can still be seen leading GENSEC to it's fullest potential while also reaching out to her fellow Department leaders to see were relations lie with each other and continuing to ask Site Admins and Ethics about new policy updates and potential changes to further grow the General Security Department along side her fellow Chief of Security, Security Captains, & Security Sergeants.
