Please give some lore about your Director of Medicine character and what storylines they would be involved in :
While on the job hunt for some time, Monica had put in an interest form as a Medical Trainee for the Medical Department despite her little medical knowledge. Although expecting to not hear anything back, her form had been accepted and was now apart of the Medical Department. Slightly regretting her choice, she managed to charge through with sleepless nights of reading and researching medical practices and how to cure diseases. Through countless weeks & months, she climbed her way up and managed to become a Senior Doctor in the department. She always had a smile on her face while treating patients and had always kept them fully healthy while treating every patient that walks through the Medical Bay's doors. She had learned to love learning about different cures and had learned to love how well everyone is doing in the Foundation mentally & physically. Although a bit hard to keep her hand off her personal side-arm, she learned to let the combatives do their job while she stayed back and healed those who suffered injuries against those who cause harm onto others.
After being a Consultant for a sum of a couple years, Monica and learned to love and appreciate her job. She enjoyed helping others & making sure those who exited the Medical Bay walk out happy & healthy before returning to their original jobs. When finding out about an opening position for the Director of Medicine, she knew that she had to jump at the chance to earn the position to see the Medical Department thrive to it's fullest extent. After some odd months of pure hard work and dedication, she had finally made it to an interview for the position. Although nerve wracking at first, she left the offices with nothing but confidence following her side. With some weeks passing by, an email arrived in her inbox as she was writing a patient care document that made her jump out of her chair in joy as she cheered with the whole Medical Department able to hear her. "Acceptance Letter for Director of Medicine".
