Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
- I’m applying for SA because I want to be able to do more for the Foundation & be able to help out other departments. As a Medical Director my goal is to help others & make everyone’s job in the Medical Department a bit easier and I want to extend my hand to other Departments as well. I want to do more in my position & i think Site Admin would greatly help me in what wish to see for the Foundation going forward.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
- I'm an active site member & I always want to give a helping hand to those in need. I'm professional when the situation calls for it & I always try to make the environment I'm in fun and lively. I try my best to engage in RP scenarios as I see fit & I'm doing my best to be engaging in my community as well. I believe with the right tools & availability I can help out with Foundation needs and be interactive with every Department as I see fit. Granted, I have been seen as being a bit "too silly" while either on my main job or on any other job, but like I've said before & I will reiterate, I can remain professional and take charge when the situation calls for seriousness and focus thinking.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
- Appointing Directors [except ISD & RSD respectively] & MTF Commanders [except A/O respectively]
- Maintaining a Department's good performance & making sure they're not falling out of line
- Making sure all Departments are in good communications with each other
- Managing Site Polices & making sure Foundation Staff are following said Policies.
- Making sure GOI relations are good or at the very least neutral
- Answering questions, comments, & concerns Departments have
- Authorizing AA for emergency uses during Breaches
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
- Holding Director of Medicine for awhile & working with her beloved Medical Staff, Monica had felt... almost complete. She loved her job and cherished her position, but she felt like she could do more. She wanted to help everyone in every Department but felt limited to what she can do. After pondering & wondering about her position, she was casually scrolling through her emails before receiving a message about an application for Site Administration.
"Site Admin huh..." She muttered under her breath as she clicked on the email. The message talked about a position opening within the Site Admin with the possibility of getting in an interview to get hired.
She pondered for a bit before letting out a small sigh, soon filling out her application.
