Do you have a mic?:
- Yes, but I prefer not to use it currently.
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
-All MTF's except O1, CI BCOM, GOC 1SGT, Executive Researcher twice now, Overseer Assistant thrice (Holding) , Site Advisor, IA Director, Director of Research,
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: 1 for FailRP as 860-2 my first week of the server.
Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
-I'd like to help create more RP on the server in a senior CL4 position, as I feel like there's a lack of RP support happening right now. I also feel like there are multiple departments that need more oversight and support from those who can make wider and larger changes, and I can advocate for them in spaces they may not be able to, or back them up when they need it. I went into OSA to give myself a bit of time to understand the current landscape of CL4s and the server, and I feel I have given myself enough time back and other candidates time to put in applications that this wouldn't be disrespectful to the work they've put in on their applications and in their roles on the server.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
-I have plenty of CL4 experience ranging from junior to senior, as well as great leadership and management skills that I developed in CI, RSD, and ISD back when it was IA. I have made lasting changes to the server, such as supporting and helping to begin the current system of 2 Directors per department. I helped lead and mentor people in RSD a year ago back when I was an Executive and a Director and those people have gone on to surpass me and make even more changes than I did, such as Desmond who is now an O5. I have a wealth of RP experience in creating and leading it, such as working with Marven and other GMs and CL4+'s to work on my PK storyline over a couple of weeks as Morgan Rentas, and I have been a GM in the past where I created events using SCPs such as Bodies in the Water to inspire and give budding players a taste of what the server can offer and what they themselves can do. I'd like to use all of this experience to give back to the server as a Site Advisor and do the job to the best of my abilities.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
-Site Admin manages multiple departments and MTF units, even appointing their Department Directors and Commanders. They conduct reviews of the departments ensuring things are running smoothly and to provide feedback to their leaders so they can improve and/or keep going in the right directions. SA also handles Arbitrations, ensuring a fair and impartial ear is there for the cases brought to them. Site Admin also works very closely with Ethics and O5, as well as GOIs, so professionalism is not just a necessity, but expected at all times.
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
(I'm currently working on full character lore for Mori and I will be submitting it to be approved once it's done. Apologies for the more barebones and dry lore I'm submitting here, I have much better writing in other apps and lore submissions I've done in the past I promise)

Mori had been diligent in her duties as an Overseer Assistant, using her skills she honed during her time in DEA with diplomacy and stealth to fulfill her duties, learning as much as she could about the Departments she was being asked to look into and test. She had even gotten a taste of what being a researcher was like in her time as an Assistant, the job asking more of her than she had initially expected. As she worked throughout more and more of the Site, seeing the individual departments for what they were, past her preconceptions of them, and she wanted to do more. She felt a new fire inside her, one urging her to go further than just an Assistant, and put in the work to be promoted to Site Administration. She had met and worked with a few while back in DEA, and while as an Assistant she got to know them better, but she hadn't felt inspired to work alongside them until she truly saw the Site for what it is. Through breaches, orders, research, CI raids, she felt like she owed the Foundation more than she was currently giving it and so she submitted her letter of intention to the office of Site Administration, hoping to give back to the Foundation that took her in and better it for the future and good of the mission.
