What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
When it comes to important positions such as these, I never act in an unprofessional manner in any way. Either when it comes to tasks given to me directly by OS, or while doing standard duties as an OSA, I will carry them out efficiently without question nor failure. I have shown this professionalism when it comes to MC&D and I have not shown otherwise once while on the job. My highest senior position which I can mention as foundation is GSD SGT as of this moment, having always been committed to my duties and making sure foundation standards are met when it comes to D-Block and LCZ, and that relations with other departments remain stable. I am always active on site and available for any tasks that may require my expertise.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
The responsibility of OSA is to follow the tasks given out by OS to the letter. There is no room for questioning their authority, they must remain professional and loyal to them no matter what. They are to take action in the stead of OS when they require them to do so and also sign documents when they are asked to. There is no room for errors. As OSA you are to represent the OS council and as such you must follow your foundation duties that you are expected to do. This duties include reporting anything that may cause impairment to the foundation or any suspicious activities for that matter, giving advice to those who seek it (while having the foundation's interests in mind), and making sure relations between the different departments remain stable.

Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
At first when I joined the server I was not really interested in any assistant roles or any too heavy RP jobs for that matter and was more focused on Combat/Gameplay. But After a month of playing that interest shifted towards more heavy RP based jobs, that being one the major reasons I started playing more as MC&D, instead of GSD SGT which I still play but only from time to time. I now feel like I am always doing the same things as MC&D and want to have a new heavy RP based job to do. I want to step up my game and take on a major responsibility as OSA. I will still play as MC&D, but I want to have the chance to devote myself to a new role inside the foundation which requires my time and effort to be put into it. I enjoy talking to FISA and Site Inspection when I have the possibility to do so, and would like to be able to do it on a daily basis as well.

Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Valk Sully is not a man of many words, at least not ones that are to be wasted for that matter. He is known as a very professional and trustworthy individual between foundation personnel. When it comes to carrying out duties either given to him by Site Inspection or just the ones he is expected to carry out normally he never faulters and makes sure to follow foundation protocols to the letter. It's not really known when he transferred to the site, or whether Valk Sully is even his real name. One day he just appeared and before anyone could notice he was already one of the most dependable foundation staff out there. What is most terrifying about Valk Sully is his capacity to adapt to any situation. Most of the time he's a calculating person that acts coldly when performing his duties while still maintaining a kind demeanor towards anyone who wants to speak to him. But when he suspects something is wrong with someone, his personality shifts completely and acts as if he has been a long life friend with said person. 99% percent of the cases he acts like this something was indeed wrong with said person, and some times this capacity to understand human behavior has helped the site prevent possible catastrophic outcomes. A lesser known fact about Valk Sully is his unwaivering loyalty. As previously mentioned he is known for his capacity to follow orders while following foundation protocols. This is only what is discussed about him openly around the site. In reality, when it comes to following direct orders from his superiors he will carry them out no matter what. Even if his life and/or carreer are on the line, he will do any task without wavering. This has been shown when he was tasked with eliminating his closest and only true friend after it was found that they were secretly part of a hostile GOI looking into the identities of FISA and SI personnel. Even though it has been reported that he was was disturbed by the order at first, he accepted the task and carried it out flawlessly. After the incident he showed no guilt, sadness or hate whatsoever. A later psych evaluation showed he had somehow manually managed to suppress his feelings. It is unknown if he managed this by anomalous means or by sheer will power. When asked how he felt about the task and his superiors he only responded with the following: "A cog started malfunctioning in the machine that is the foundation. All I did was remove it". This incident is what convinced the OS council that Valk Sully was someone worthy of trust and dependance.

I usually don't comment on applications but based on previous incident -support
Hi, good evening. If you are referring to the incident I think you are talking about, my POV on the matter was never requested back then when it happened, leading to me being heavily compromised before I could even explain anything. The situation was taken out of context which lead to the incident happening in the first place and was later discussed in private to clear everything out. That being said, I do not wish to speak further regarding the subject unless it's required for me to elaborate on it for the application.
