What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
* I am in the trusted CL4 position of an Executive Researcher and in that position have shown leadership, cooperation and decorum fitting such a position.
* As a bar-certified lawyer and ISD Investigator I bring extensive experience in enforcement, as well as extensive knowledge of the FLC, CoC, and especially CoE: I already routinely represent personal who are being arrested at no cost both to ensure they are being charged fairly, and to help educate where knowledge is lacking.
* Working in multiple departments across multiple factions has taught me to learn quickly, study relevant policy to ensure I am in accordance, and most importantly accept and act on feedback, so that I can continually improve .
I bring a commitment, will and, experience to make sure I am the best possible ECA that I can be.
What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Nalysiä is a researcher in the foundation who sought out to in her freetime fufil legal services thought ISD, both in her position as investigator and lawyer. Before coming to Site-65 she became jaded with the "letter of the law" attitude that was so rament on site. As a researcher she understood the need for the often horrendous situations Class D were put through, but also recognized them as people, albeit ones who had to suffer through a necessary evil. Day after day she watched this happening— growing more and more dejected. One such occurrence , she represented three Class-D who she believed were unethically terminated. She lost the tribunal, the researcher was following the Code of Ethics, and the jury was all too eager to dismiss the termination of just three more Class D.
This however broke Nalysiä. She was deeply committed to the foundation, and knew it was ultimately acting in the best interest of humanity. But the people who made up it, that life, even life that was designated as disposable was thrown away with such little disregard upset her in a way she was unsure how to deal with. So when an opportunity to transfer site came up she took it, seeing both an opportunity to continue her current position as an exec, and an opening for ECA she made the decision.
Before she was powerless, someone merely a part of the system, struggling to make the best of it and those stuck in with her. Now, perhaps she could have a hand at making it better. Perhaps, even in the foundation she could help enforce the value of life. For even when a life is disposable, and morally grey; there are those who want to ensure the foundation itself while doing monstrous actions, does not become a monster.

- Extend the Ethics Committee Reach
- Ensure that routine tasks such as lesser research authorization are approved
- Filter out request to speak with ECM so that the time of the ECMs is being respected, and only sought out when the issue cannot be solved at a lower level(eg. by ECA or ISD)
- Sign D-Class Work Permits
- Represent Ethics to a minor extent when an ECM is in absentia
- Authorize AA and KOS passed DBlock when the situation requites such to be done.
- Enforce the Code of Ethics
