[DISCLAIMER] I did this application some times ago before my O1 resignation/removal and asked some ECM if I still could do it before posting it. I won't cause issues with O1 members (CO/Regcom etc.). Won't be mad at people for a removal from a gmod server, it would be a waste of time for me and people. I wanted to quit anyway, so idc i won't ask questions about why I got removed, etc Archangel is MIA for now, Nathan is another person. thx for reading.

What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
- My experience and my knowledge of proper procedure .Serving as an O1 for several months required high levels of responsibility, discretion, and ethical decision-making; therefore, I believe I would be able to handle situations similar to those the Ethics Committee would like to be in. As O1, I was the first to see how ECA would react, interpret, and even deal with situation. ECA could provide me with a more comprehensive perspective on the non-combative perspective and enable me to assist a greater number of players without solely focused on their protection.

Before the Foundation, Nathan LeBlanc lived a quiet, ordinary life. He worked in human resources at a pharmaceutical company; nothing crazy, but it suited him. His role focused on conflict mediation and being sure of the fair treatment across the company. He was not in charge, but he was the person people could always trust. Calm and honest, Nathan had a reputation for always trying to find the best solutions for everyone before his own happiness.
Nathan had never expected to be pulled into something bigger. One day, his close friend, Lucas, was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Nathan had known Lucas for years now. He was not only a friend, but more like a brother to Nathan. He had always been a fighter, always determined to push through, even in the face of overwhelming odds wanting something great to happen to him. But this time was different. The disease had already taken too much.
In his final days, Lucas called Nathan to his side, wanting to talk to him one last time.He sat by Lucas bedside, holding his friend's hand. With his last forces, Lucas whispered to nathan something ""I... I’m not scared anymore, Nate" "I’ve seen him. He’s... the one who took care of me. He helped me through it all. Not only that, but he guided me... at the end. He never let me go." Nathan confused, asked him what he was talking about ? Maybe the drugs they gave him were too much.
"The man in the suit," Lucas continued, his eyes fluttering shut for a moment. "Trust him... He’s the one who took care of me."
Lucas died this instant, leaving Nathan alone…
Nathan sat by Lucas’s side, the grief of his best friend's death weighing on him. Lucas’s final did not leave his mind: “Trust him... He took care of me.”
Days later, a man in a black suit with sunglasses appeared at Nathan's door, offering a strange card. “You’re looking for answers,” he said. “Call this number. They can assist.
Nathan didn’t call right away, but the question of the man in the suit was still in his head. Eventually, he reached out. The voice on the other end was calm: “We know about your friend’s last words. We think you’re the kind of person we need.”
Intrigued, Nathan agreed to meet. Weeks later, he found himself at the Foundation, now as an ethics assistant.
His goal and purpose were clear; he was there to make moral decisions and be sure people were following rules, but his true goal remained: to uncover the mystery of SCP-4999 and why he had been there for Lucas when no one else was.
