Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
I have not received any kicks, bans, or warnings throughout my time on Civil Networks.
What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number):
I am applying for the position of Chief Overseer (O5-1). My extensive time spent on the server has granted me great insight into the roleplay side of the server. I have created numerous roleplay opportunities for players during my time as an Overseer. For these reasons, I firmly believe I am fit for the position of Chief Overseer (O5-1).
What makes you the best candidate for Chief Overseer of the O5 Council?:
- Activity. I frequently check Discord for anything important going on. Whether it be a policy discussion, DM, ping, or appeal, I try to be as quick to respond as possible.
- Will to create roleplay. I am always trying to figure out ways to create new roleplay. As a top roleplay leader and holder of a CL5 position, creating roleplay for other players to partake in should be a big priority. (Inert Leap, Runic Relocation, KRONOS, A.V.A, VEGAS, Picture Day, SLEEPWALK, 096 Termination, and more.)
- Cooperation with other parties. An important aspect of being a faction/group leader is being able to work with others. I believe I hold the necessary skillset to enter conversations with individuals and reach a solution to the benefit of all involved parties. (Such as the Runic Relocation project with GOC.)
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?:
Responsibilities of the O5 Council are as follows:
- Overseer Council members discuss GoI relations with Site Administration & DEA Leadership.
- Overseer Council members talk to the Ethics Committee regarding A-1/O5 & O-1/EC relations. The Overseer Council also works with the Ethics Committee to update major site policies such as the Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics.
- Overseer Council members approve, discuss, and create research projects with the Research Department.
- Overseer Council members oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility and ensure everything is going well.
- Overseer Council members issue classified orders to Overseer Assistants.
- Overseer Council members issue classified orders to and receive protection from Mobile Task Force Alpha-1 “Red Right Hand”.
- Overseer Council members are entrusted with the power to call Emergency Response Teams and detonate the on-site Alpha Warhead. Detonating the Alpha Warhead comes with the extreme side effect of resetting any RP prior to the warhead’s detonation. Detonation of the Alpha Warhead should only take place if ERT has failed their mission.
- Members of the O5 Council appoint Overseer Assistants, Site Directors, and the Alpha-1 Commander. The Chief Overseer also appoints new O5 Council members.
- Members of the Overseer Council check in on other departments to ensure they are not facing any difficulties they require assistance with.
- Overseer Council members handle appeals that require their approval/denial.
Please give some lore about your O5 character and what storylines they would be involved in:
21st of April, 2026
SCP Foundation Site-65, Saskatchewan, Canada
Grant found himself sitting in the Site-65 Cafeteria, slowly eating a double cheeseburger. Surprisingly, it did not taste terrible. His efforts into revitalizing the culinary system must have worked, at least a little. Alpha-1 guards surveilled other personnel in the room for any sudden movements. A notification sound rang out from the personnel tablets belonging to his guards. Seconds later, his own tablet had an alert. Curious, he set his burger down, turned the device on, and viewed the message. As soon as Grant stood up from the table, the Alpha-1 agents surrounded him and began moving him towards the exit door. SCP Foundation Overwatch HQ, [LOCATION REDACTED]
As Grant stepped back into the halls of Protected Site-01 with Alpha-1 guards all about him, he felt a slight tinge of joy wash over his mind. It had been a long time since he had last been here, and he knew it was his chance to see the rare members of the Council again.
“Good, you made it,” spoke Commander “Ruin” as he approached Grant.
A grin crept across his face. “Yes, we were lucky to not have to deal with anything getting in the way, as we usually have to at Site-65. Auspicious times.” Grant motioned for the other Alpha-1 agents to leave him. “I take it we have no further data on the status of One and Three?”
The Commander shook his head, sighing under the gas mask. “No, not yet. Reports are still coming in. We’re sifting through what’s true and what’s false.”
"It could have been one of those unusual reality benders plaguing our sites, for all I know."
"It's possible. What we have searched through so far points towards them having never activated their panic buttons. Whatever it was, it was fast."
“Take me to the others.”
“Very well, sir,” he said with a quick nod.

The chamber was full of voices from many ages, some elder, some younger. Not a single member of Alpha-1 was allowed into this room. The conversations in this room were for the thirteen suits only. Grant found his seat beside Four’s and across from Three’s. Only two were empty that night. One’s chair, at the head of the table, and Three’s.
Grant felt a hand tap twice on his right shoulder, making him turn his body swiftly. It was just Four, his nerves calmed. “Are you okay? Two of us disappearing in one night is a rarity.” Four asked.
“You surprised me.” He gathered his thoughts for a moment before continuing. “Yes, I'm alright. Just thinking of all the work that's to come with having two of us missing. It will, unfortunately, delay my final attempt on the 'KRONOS' project.”
Five spoke to Grant from across the table. “See any good CCTV footage on the way here?”
“Very funny, but no. Not on an outbound flight. Not in a helicopter.”
“How was your flight, anyway?” Four asked.
“Well, it wasn’t as bad as sieging a CI base in a shot up Abrams.”
“Did that even happen?” Five jabbed.
“I wouldn’t expect someone who came from a civil department to investigate old after-action reports. Sorry, I'm a bit irritated tonight. The alert caught me while I was eating.”
“Speaking of reports…” Grant started as he stood up, “Was anyone here in contact with, or in proximity to, One or Three at the time of their disappearances?"
Before anyone could get a word out, another figure entered the room. This man was, without a doubt, the oldest person Grant had ever seen.
