What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
As the Site Director I've had the chance to do manage the direction of the site as a whole will go. It has been an extremely rewarding experience to serve in this position, which if I do not succeed in my application I would be happy to continue in. I believe that the duties carried out by Site Administration most closely align with the duties of the Council. Site Administration just has a more direct hand in departments than the council does. As Site Director I've had to take a step back in my involvement in departments to allow my Advisors and Managers to do what I did before. With Site Director Order #001 I have been pushing Site Administration to create more RP around site which is one of the core things that council members are supposed to do. RP creation has been my major goal as Site Director and I think I've fulfilled it. I want to continue that goal as a member of the council. I also currently am a Game Master which, while not a requirement, allows me to create a lot more RP situations on my own than someone who may not be a GM. I am very confident in my ability to utilize GM tools to accentuate day to day RP. O5 is the role that everybody that joins the server aspires to attain when they first join including myself. Most leave before ever even approaching the position, but I find myself privileged enough to have stuck around long enough to do just that. I thought that I would play the server for a week or two, a month at most, yet here I am 10 months later actually applying for O5.

What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?:
The Council's main duty is the be the mysterious stranger in the room. A member of the council should be present but not at the forefront of projects. Council members should work in the interests of the foundation by giving out projects, authorizing anything within their purview, and using OSAs and A-1 to more directly execute their wishes on site. The council also has the highest level of administrative authority in the foundation and are able to deal with things that may be a bit above Site Administration's paygrade.

What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council out of RP (e.g. what applications do they handle?):
The council deals with the applications for Site Director, Director of Research, and Overseer Assistants. Besides applications they also watch over all the departments on site, work with other RP leaders, IE Site Admin, Ethics, Department Leaders, GOI leaders, to create interesting RP for the playerbase, and maintain/update the CoC.
