Freeman was a good MCOM during his time in CI and has the leadership experience required for a Site Command position however I would like to see you gain a non-combative CL4 position. I forgot to say he is pretty cool too

Although having been a high ranking member within CI he has no prior experiance as actuall CL4 foundation, I wouldn't count A-1 SGT as CL4, though you have been E-11 CPT which is good. It seems that you've put quite some time into this application, the main part of the application that I can critique is the lore part. From what I've read there seems little connections (From researcher to E-11 CPT) I would see some more detail within such.

My suggestion is to hold a senior position in an administrative role or a high A-1 role to really get to know the ins and outs of being in charge.
