- I have received two warnings back in the early days of the server for Fear RP Violations. First one was back when I was first in CI, and I wasn't too versed in FearRP, the second one was a 1 on 1 engagement where I tried to defend myself.
What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number):
- I am currently applying for the Role of 05-4, the primary reasons behind this, is due to my desire to change up how I roleplay and interact with the site, and I am also interested in being more directly insolvable with the Code of Conduct and managing the site as a whole.
What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
- Roleplay: Overall, I have a strong desire to drive roleplay on the server, and as such I believe in my capabilities to do so. This is a reason why I joined the Game master team, and worked heavily in CI to drive roleplay for CI within their own volition. I'm not perfect, and I admit that, but I have a strong head on my shoulder for RP, and wish to help drive foundation RP more, I believe being a member of the 05 would heavily help me achieve this.
- Leadership/Management: Overall, I see myself as a competent leader, as well when it comes to managing the finer things of the server. I remain level headed in a majority of situations as well as attempt to remain unbiased in said decision making. I have a overarching goal to help push roleplay on the server, and being in site command positions help me achieve this. I've done this as a Ethics Committee Member, and I believe I could be better suited within the O5 Council.
- Activity: I have been involved with this server for nearly a year and a half now, spending time progressing through various MTF's, as well as CI. My Time in CI has helped me foster a strong capability to get things done, as I was able too. Overall, I can promise a present face for the Council on the server, either leading situations in the front, or from the shadows.
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?:
- The Councils job within the site are to oversee the sites overall conduct and ensure members of the site are adhering to the Code of Conduct.
- Oversee and manage MTF Regiments and Departments not overseen by the Committee to ensure each regiment and or department are conducting themselves professionally, upholding the Code of Conduct, and overall working within the confines of RP.
- Coordinate and Order Overseer Assistants to enact the will of the council in a direct capacity, while the Council remains in the shadows, only involving themselves directly when needed.
- Work with Ethics and Site Administration to dictate policies to help keep the site organized.

For all intensive purposes, Espeon Vastila was a reasonably dedicated man... even before his recruitment into the Foundation he took his job very seriously, as we can reference from field reports from surface operatives.Compiled By: Ethics Committee

Glory to the Foundation!
Mr. Vastila, was originally employed by ████████-██████-████████████ Facility, in which he served as a Correctional Officer of this location. During his tenure here, the Facility was attacked by a 323 Instance, causing mass paranoia and a large scale riot leading to roughly ██ casualties. This Incident was labeled ████████-██-A and will mark the beginning of his career in the foundation.
Due to the nature of this Incident, and the contribution that Vastila provided in terminating this 323 instance, he was offered a position within the General Security branch. Interested in the prospect of what we do, he accepted and began his training on site.
Nothing of super importance is noted, besides his abnormal aptitude in combat, he managed to climb his ranks to the position of General Security Captain, in which he did his duty diligently until his calling was made some where else. That calling, was within the Committee. He started off simple, and got accepted into the Committee as an assistant, during this time learning what the future job could offer, after a while he was voted into the Committee.
His time in the Committee was solid, per his efforts to the foundation he was eventually rewarded the position of Chairman, one of the most influencal members of the Site Command Staff. However, due to complications with his health, this position was short lived. During a Containment breach, the Chairman's corpse, along with two escorting members of Omega-1, where found burnt to a crisp within Delta Wing. The Two Omega-1 Bodies where easily identified, however the Chairmans body could not bring a positive ID, however there wasn't reason to suspect his death being faked, so he was declared KIA during a breach, and his relevant biometric access and clearances stripped since a dead man can't possibly need them.
Shortly after this, a new NCO found their way in the Omega-1 Ranks, blending in and playing his role... Unsure of what the future had in store for him. During this time, he made efforts to continue a research project of his... silently, he waited for a moment to better expand his project, in hopes to help secure a brighter future for the Foundation.
