What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
I have been a part of this server for quite some time, though not as long as most people in Site Command. However, despite this, I have had so much inspiration from countless people in positions above and below me. A common theme in all my apps has been to learn more to help more people and to facilitate RP and I feel up to this point I have learned a lot and have facilitated a lot of roleplay. From active creation of roleplay such as the projects to bring documents in-game and site-wide meetings I have had the pleasure of hosting; to the more passive building of foundations meant to create passive RP such as the countless personal meetings I have had with department/regimental leaders to best make rules and create/approve ideas to make more RP for people.
To the other side of my previous statement, I also feel I am very experienced and ready for this role. My time in Medical, being a part of SA, and leading SA has allowed me to find my place and expertise in administrative and leadership positions. I feel I have grown a lot as a leader with this server and with my experience and continued investment in growth and learning, I would make a fine addition to the O5 Council.
With my ascension to SC, I will have more freedom to continue the work/projects, RP facilitation, and leadership I already find myself doing daily. Plus I get to allow one of my fine Managers to take the reigns of my position and I’m excited to see what direction they plan to take SA.

They are the supreme authority over the direction of the Foundation as a whole and, if the rumors are to be believed, some of them even control power in external governments and organizations to further the Council’s interests. On server, the Council is responsible for the following:
- Making the final decision on administrative issues that are above Site Administration.
- Work with the Committee, sometimes, as Site Command to run the highest level of authority - and pass down orders.
- Overseeing Site Administration and Research projects and directives.
- Authorizing and executing Foundation policies such as AA Auth, Raids, etc.
- Create secretive and intriguing RP for all lower levels of players.
- Utilizing Alpha-1 to execute their will upon the site and utilize their protection/escorting.
- Dictating the wider goals and direction of the Foundation as a whole.

*Loud static can be heard and the video flicks to a similar image of Don, but…different*
“Hey. I’m Don Gamino. I am the Site Director of Site-65. I’m in my late 30s. Not much in the way of family, but that’s unimportant. I’ve been with the Foundation for around 20 years give or take. I’m making this tape under order from The Co-”
*Loud static, now Don’s suit seems a little roughed up and he seems distressed*
“I’m Don Gambino. Site-65 Director. I-I can’t remember how old I am, or how long I’ve been with the Foundation. I swear to God someone has been following me or-or going through my stuff.”
*Distant chatter can be heard*
“Okay, okay! I’m sorry. I am making this tape as requested by-”
*Loud static, Don’s face is starting to grow a beard and the distinctive scar on his head seems to be bleeding as if it were fresh*
“I-is this thing on? I am Don Gambino. If you’re hearing this, I’m likely dead, or Jesus I hope I am. I know what they do to people they get. Those red markings on the uniforms, I’ve seen them around, waiting. They’re tryna get me I know they are! I know you are!”
*The image flips to a very neatly dressed and calm Don with no scaring or damage to his person”
“Greetings. I am Don Gamino. I am the Site Director of Site-65. I was a member of a Vegas Mafia crew. That’s the story people are told. I was, in fact, the boss of the largest Mafia crew in Vegas. I owned that city, the mayor, the police, the casinos, the money, all mine. The Foundation found me and took care of me, made those charges against me go away. I was in trouble recently with the Overseer Council. I would say why, but then I couldn’t make this message. I am making this tape to the next Site Director, please heed my message. Be careful who you trust, and know your leaders. Be loyal to the Foundation and work hard. As always, remember that you and you alone are responsible for the security and stability of Site-65. “Jesus. Site-65? A council? The mob? The Foundation? What is this some kinda prank? Why would Carl’s house have this? Now that I think about it they never found a body, or even how the fire started. The military took over too fast, those guys in….red…. WAIT! The guy on the tape mentioned people in red, he mentioned them. I gotta see them again!”
*The man swings open the door to 4 A-1 standing outside*
“Prime target spotted.”
*Two quiet shots cut the man’s life*
“Prime target down, retrieving asset, mission complete. Let’s get this covered.”
“I see, I’ll be down in 5 minutes to review it, just have one of the new interns make me a cup of coffee. This could be some answers about this local military crew”
*Sometime later*
“Alright, let’s play this little tape and see what we can find regarding this fire or maybe even the military.”
