Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I'm applying for Advisor not only because of my relevant experience in Site Admin and as Foundation Command, but because I want to create change that streamlines and expedites activities and all round productivity of the people of Site-65. I personally would like to change the gun permit system in its entirety. No one below CL4 should be carrying a Pistol, SMG, or rifle. It creates too many opportunities for random deaths and forms chaos for ISD, whether that be ISD not caring about people with guns or just the workload it produces for them. I hope to work with everyone in site admin to create something that makes sense, not something that has not been implemented properly and without much care. (I'm speaking on how ISD has lost court cases due to guns not being classified as what they are.)
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
My experience makes me suitable for Advisor because I have been in both roles of Site Manager and Advisor under Jaeger previously. (may he rest in peace) I have a great foundation for the position and all the knowledge I would need to be successful in the role, whether that's the Ethics experience or the administration experience. Site administration is something I have missed. I used to dislike it, but once I got the taste of what Site command gives, I can firmly state that Site admin is where I want to be.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Manage the Site and Departments with their tasks and forwarded changes
Audit and question departments on what they may need assistance with
Conduct Court of appeals judgements
Converse and vote on the changes the Dpt leads or fellow site administration brings to the table
Conduct a BI-weekly CL4 meeting to discuss what has been happening within the site and what changes need to be brought forward
Speak with CL5 members of staff about problems the Site director themselves can't change (CL5 Policy)
Promote the DPT heads through votes and discussion
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Madden San Miguel, Ex Member of the esteemed Ethics Committee and Site Administration Class - E'd into forgetting the CL5 knowledge, yet remembers the time and purpose of being in Ethics. Thought to have vanished from Site-65 and the Committee as a whole, but was sent on a Leave of Absence by the EX. Chair of the Committee for Madden San Miguel's previous actions don't align with the chair's expectations. Madden Miguel went through retraining and mental conditioning to align with the ideals of the Foundation, not for self. Madden's Ego and unwillingness to change break with this training, converting him into someone who might be crude when spoken to, but someone who cares for the Operations and day to day life for personnel, hence why his interest in Site Administration again. This is a test for Madden Miguel, something that Madden himself needs to try to prove himself and to others that he is here for the foundation of the ideal and goal that the SCP Foundation upholds. Though this doesn't mean that, given the right circumstances, Old him might slip.
