Character Lore: Always being one for an adventure and enjoying the study of the occult, they from a very young age began to practice their abilities of reality manipulation, being born with an innate ability to do so. They would often use this ability to get ahead in things in their normal day to day life, excelling in almost anything that they did because of this. Their ability to bend reality though slight did give them an edge, they managed to go through college and get a doctorate in Chemistry. One of their passions would have always been Cosplay, thus their actual recruiting into the foundation actually happened at a cosplaying event where they were confronted by an Agent of the foundation who noted the small peculiarities that happened around them, where they would manage to manipulate small things. Because of this, they were detained shortly after and offered a choice of joining the foundation or becoming locked away with the anomalies. The choice made it quite easy.
