Physical Description: 27 Year old Male, 1.9 Meters (6'3"), 101 Kg (223 Ib), Caucasian, German, Brown hair, Hazel eyes, no facial hair.
Biography: Born August 13th 1996 St. Joseph Regional Medical Center 415 6th St Floor 3, Lewiston, ID 83501. Father left the family before his birth, and his Mother was deemed unfit to care for Erwin by Child Care Services due to her substance abuse, causing him to be raised by his grandmother and grandfather. With his grandfather being a soldier in world war 2, Erwin was raised in a strict household and was taught basic first aid, weapon handling, and how to take care of himself in the woodlands and outdoors surrounding his childhood home. Graduated highschool with average grades in academics, but had taken part in many different sports and even had scholarships to colleges. Instead of going to college, he went on to join the United States Marine Corps. After initial BT, he was assigned to MAGTF as a member of the MEU. After a while, he went through training and was assigned as a MARSOC Raider. During this stint he was noted by foundation recruiter for being a promising candidate for Mobile Task Force assignment. He went on to join the foundation willingly, seeing their mission as a new challenge for himself as well as a moral duty that he should take upon himself. He worked himself up through the ranks, and was eventually assigned to Area-12 in Mobile Task Force Antheia-5 “Sub Rosa” as a specialist. He stayed on in Sub Rosa and made his way as a Lieutenant, taking part in Re-Containment efforts of incidents 2051, 2052ZKX, and 2053. However, after the 2053 incident, he was made into the commander of Mobile Task Force Antheia-5 due to the deaths of all high ranking officers of his unit.
Addendum: Although he was considered fairly new to Area-12, and to Mobile Task Force Antheia-5, he had shown considerable leadership in commanding after his high ranking officers were KIA. It is to be noted that there were objections to someone so new to the foundation to be put in such a high level position, so it was ordered that it be a temporary position as acting commander until a review could be made to see if Erwin Lotz was a good fit for the position, or if a different personnel would be needed for the role.
Continued Biography: Erwin Lotz Seemed to take to the role as commander of Anteia-5 considerably well, even having a fast action response to Incident 2054TUZ, which seemed to solidify his position even further. It wouldn't come till about 1 year after assuming the position that, During Incident 2055B, that his actions would be questioned, and his rank be revoked. He is Currently known to be on Site 65, unaware of who he is or what he's done. Refer to Discipline Action 2055-DA115 for information.
Incident Report 2055 - Shadow of a Doubt: At 0520, Cell 017 suffered a K-Alpha-priority system malfunction, Protocol 305-Utah was armed, and High-Risk Containment Wing Beta was put under THREATCON Omega to evacuate all non-essential personnel. Response Team Echo was sent in to re-establish the efficacy of the containment chamber. A single maintenance technician equipped with an ultra-reflective full-body suit was sent in to replace the malfunctioning lighting fixture. The procedure was carried out successfully and without issue, with no casualties or injuries occurring as a result of the incident, and THREATCON was subsequently returned to Neutral.
Incident Report 2055A : Shortly after the events of Incident 2055, GOI “The insurgency” made an attack on Area-12, from a unknown cell in the nearby area, with what seemed like an attempt to take multiple Biohazardous materials; SCP’s and research documents from the site, and had Terminated all Foundation personnel that got in their way, Combative and Non-Combative. Shortly after the general lockdown was initiated, Mobile Task Force Antheia-5 was deployed to hold the GOI on site while an ERT was being gathered and sent to Area-12.
Addendum: It is to be noted that at the time of incident 2055A, a sample of SCP 008 was currently on site for a brief holding period while it was in transit to a new G2 site. This likely could have been the main target of the GOI, or they could have been targeting SCP 939-101 that was being stored in Cryogenic Preservation Tanks 939-101A to 939-101M within Bio-Research Area-12. It is currently unknown what the main objective of the attack was.
Incident Report 2055B : During Incident 2055A Commander Erwin Lotz would order members of Antheia-5 to set up emergency high powered lights on the exit of the facility on Area-12, and would then go in and cause an intentional SCP breach, before the GOI could secure any of them. This breach would release a number of Euclid-class anomalies, and a few Keter-class anomalies such as SCP 017 and SCP 008. The instances of infected GOI were terminated by SCP 017. After ERT had arrived on site, Commander Erwin Lotz was seized, questioned, and awaiting Disciplinary Action for causing an intentional containment breach without proper authorization and the usage of SCP’s in a combative way
Addendum: Footage from Area-12 security cameras shows that Erwin Lotz had gone alone on site, ordering his team members to stay at the entrance and not go onto site until the ERT arrived. He then proceeds to go on site, kill approximately 7 GOI, and shut down both the main generators and the back up generators. At the time both generators were shut down, cameras picked up that the GOI had the sample of 008, but it is unknown how the sample was released and how it spread with the cameras being shut down due to lack of power. ERT showed up approximately 20 minutes after the generators were shut off.
Discipline Action 2055-DA115 : Due to the actions of Commander Erwin Lotz during incident 2055B, he is to be stripped of all rank, Clearance Levels, and is to be administered Class F Amnestics. After such actions, he is then to be sent to Site 65 as a D-Class personnel, until a time of no shorter than 6 months have passed and a decision can be made as to if Erwin Lotz is to remain as such for the remainder of his days, if he is to be re-Amnesticized and be released back into the general public, or other such choices.
Addendum: After 6 months had passed for Erwin Lotz being a D-Class personnel, and his actions reviewed, it was decided that due to the circumstances of Incident 2055A, Erwin Lotz’s decision in Incident 2055B was seen as appropriate due to the circumstances. However due to the way Erwin Lotz made the decision without getting prior approval, it was decided that while Erwin Lotz would be reinstated he would be administered Class F Amnestics once again. He was to be reinstated with no memory of who he was or his past, as a General Security Officer at Site 65 under his previous code name “Pantheon”. It is to note that he will have no memory of the outside world, and only know things that would be inside the facility, and what the foundation is at a basic level. He is under no circumstances to be allowed to view personnel files related to him, his past, the outside world, or any files mentioning Area-12. For all purposes Erwin Lotz is dead, and a new Non-Essential personnel has been recruited under a code name. This order is to be obeyed until either rescinded or personnel “Pantheon” is to reach a Clearance Level 4 on his own accord. At the time he gains Clearance level 4, it is to be reviewed if his memories may be returned. By order of the O5 and Ethics committee.
