Why are you applying for Director of External Affairs?

I’m applying for Director because as a current Manager, I’m already deeply involved in the daily operations and leadership of DEA. I wish to be able to work on DEA in a better way than I could as manager. Not only that, but I understand and know the responsibilities of high-level management because I’m already doing that work right now. I know the exact state of the department, what's currently working, and what needs to be improved because I handle it every day.

My goal as Director is to focus on the overall health of the DEA, making sure Bortac is running efficiently, and working to have better relations with other departments (MTFs, etc.). I want to take the experience I’ve gained as a manager and use it on a larger scale to keep the department organized and moving in the right direction. I’m ready to step into the role and do my best to give Dea Its Old Glory back with the help of management and Sa.

What makes you suitable for Director of External Affairs?

I think im suitable for director for multiple reasons first off my experience as a manager and how active I am. I’ve put a lot of time into Dea both in the past and right now, so I know how the department works inside and out. When im on site i try to help anyone who need help or need information, so people around the site and other departments already know who I am and see the effort I put in. Being well-known around the site helps a lot because I can easily talk to other factions, fix issues before they become big problems, and keep our relations solid.

As the department's punishment officer, I was also able to better understand and investigate the department for any incidents, problems, or concerns that some operative might cause on the site so i've become a lot more better at Listening to find a better solution for everyone in conflict.

I’m just looking to take all this experience and use it to keep the DEA active, disciplined, and moving in a good direction.

What are the responsibilities of the Director of External Affairs in RP?:

-Managing the Departement
-Overseeing Conflict and diplomacy between GOI's
-Work Close with SA/SC about external affairs
-Supervising and Choosing Managers and helping them to choose Special agents
-Show the Exemple to Dea
-Raid auth and Making orders for Dea

Please give some lore about your Director of External Affairs character and what storylines they would be involved in:
After months of trying to live a normal civilian life, Patrick Tyson couldn't ignore the rising chaos anymore. Leaving retirement behind, he returned to the Foundation with a clear focus: he wasn't looking for a handout or an easy ride, so he dedicated himself entirely to helping the DEA get back on track.

After being able to be a special agent once again, he threw himself into the daily operations, spending his time active on the site. He worked directly with the agents to restore order, did missions against Goi, and assisted the other departments around the facility. His consistent help and activity didn't go unnoticed: recognizing his dedication to helping the department, DEA management promoted him to the rank of manager.

Now, with the director's seat sitting vacant, Tyson is ready to take the next step. Having proven he understands the exact state of the department from the inside out and knows what DEA needs
