Why are you applying for Site Advisor?

I’ve been playing on this server for a while now and went through a lot of different roles. Over time I started wanting to do more than only focusing on my own role, I wanted to take part in something bigger that affects the whole site. Site Advisor feels like the right step because I can actually help with keeping everything running smooth, make sure people have the support they need, and use the experience I’ve built up from all the different positions I’ve been in.

I know how things go both in the middle of the action and behind the scenes, so I feel like I can take on the responsibility. Plus, I’ve already been working with a lot of different people across departments and factions, so stepping into SA just feels like the natural next move for me.

I’ve seen what happens when communication isn’t there or when departments aren’t on the same page, and I want to be in a position where I can help fix that before it becomes a problem. I’m used to keeping calm when things get chaotic, and I like being the one people can count on to keep things moving forward no matter what’s going on.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?
I’ve been in a lot of different positions which gave me the chance to see the site from many angles. Being in Mtf's ike Omega-1 and E-11 taught me how to lead, stay organized, and make fast decisions when things go wrong. Working in the Dea,Goc,and CI gave me experience dealing with other factions and handling situations where not everyone has the same goals, but you still need to find a way forward.

Being an Ethics Assistant helped to more understand the administration side of the foundation, how to talk better with people ane making sure rules are followed and things run the way they should. I’ve learned how to keep things fair and handle problems quickly when they come up.

I’m also used to working with all types of people, whether it’s in big problem (mutiple cb or worst) or slower, more strategic moments. I will do my best to get everyone on the same page and avoid unnecessary problems between departments.

I understand what comes with leadership roles and I’m ready to handle it whatever the challenges. I’ve seen how important it is to stay focused and stay serious when the situations demand it.

All of this combined makes me confident I can take on the responsibility of Site Administration and keep the site working, no matter the situation.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?
Authorization of research tests
Approval of GOC to enter site for roleplay
Authorization of AA
Hosting tribunals (Court of Appeals and Ethics vs O5 tribunals)
Enforcing punishment on Department and MTF leaders
Authorizing raids on GOIs
Helping Department and MTF Leaders with policy
Giving advice to Department and MTF Leaders
Attending Sr CL4 meetings
Attending SA/SC meetings
Authorizing GOIs to help during Containment Failures
Voting on the selection of Department and MTF Leaders
Assisting DEA in talks with GOIs
Doing evaluations on the Departments you oversee

Lore:

Patrick Tyson began his career in the E-11 Mobile Task Force, rising from an enlisted operative to the rank of major. After years of service, he transferred to the Omega-1 unit, where he took on several high-priority assignments.

For reasons that remain classified, he was eventually removed from Omega-1. Shortly after, during a CI raid, an explosion caused a head injury that resulted in partial memory loss. While his training and skills stayed intact, he lost his real name. The only personal details he retained were the letter “P” and an old codename from earlier in his career, "Archangel." From that point on, he operated under this identity.

P. "Archangel" continued his service in the Foundation including Nu-7 as a sergeant, and later the dea where he became one of the chief of Bortac. His work consistently involved high risk operations, and site security from any GOI who would try to harm the foundation.

As Patrick gradually regained pieces of his memory, he realized he wanted a role with more responsibility one where he could help and maintain the overall safety and efficiency of the site. Becoming a Site Advisor fits that goal perfectly, allowing him to use both his operational experience and growing leadership skills to support the Foundation.
