Have you received any Kicks/Bans/Warnings? and why?: Two expired warnings for NLR and Metagaming | One Active warn for Prop Abuse. I used a gravity gun to throw a radio at a D class to damage him.

How Long Have you been Senior Agent for?: I have been a senior agent for 2 months. I got whitelisted for Senior agent in March 24th of 2024

Why are you applying for Special Agent?: The main reason I am applying for special agent Is because I want to enter a leadership postition in Surface Operations besides Nu-7. I have a lot of fun interacting with Members in DEA and NU-7 and enjoy surface combat as a whole as well. I wasn't active a lot before on DEA due to focusing on NU-7, but now I am ready to commit to the responsibilites a DEA Special Agent has on site.

What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:

Experience: I have lots of experience with NU-7 and DEA and the work they do on the surface. As an NU-7 Captain and DEA Senior Agent, I have learned the major differences DEA and NU-7 have with each other. DEA works to negotiate and talk to externals and NU-7 is the leading force on attacks and defenses aganist any types of outside party. It is Important that a Special Agent has lots of experience on the surface and I have played for a while to understand the responsibilites of SOP.

Activity: I am generally active a lot around late hours and I can make myself avaliable for any questions given to me. I try my best to give good answers to any confusion about surface operations and I am avaliable a lot [When I am on] for any Licenses on surface that NU-7, DEA, or E-11 may want.

Leadership: During my time as an NU-7 CO, I have been a leading force for many raids on other GOIS, and the containment of many surface infobreaches. I have also had to make lots of difficult decisions when dealing with someone who breaks protocol or does something majorly bad. As a Special Agent, It is Important that I make smart decisions for the benefit of DEA and SOP as a whole. I believe that I hold these quailites to make the right calls in high pressure situations.

How Many Documents have you written? What makes a Document good?: I have mainly written around 7+ CI interrogation reports and 2+ NU-7 Meeting notes. It is important that you have an easy to read format when writing a document that comes with a good title, headers, and paragraphs with good grammer on what you are writing about. It shouldn't be overcomplicated and easy for people to read.

Background
Jess was recruited into the Department of External Affairs at site 65 on October 14th 2022, since then he was a rather introverted character that took joy in either the ocasional chess match with his fellow agents or the rare raid on CI. Jess would be mainly seen discussing strategies a lot on a daily basis on how to interrogate hostages to extract information and how to effectivly raid. This would suggest that the agent possesses a keen intutition on dealing with groups outside foundation. Despite the job, Jess does not enjoy the sense of extreme torture he does and sees on agents when gathering information, this would appear to be a major weakness for someone in DEA, but due to his sharp mind and skills in combat, he has pushed forward making boundaries in his journey with DEA. And made it to the rank of Senior Agent along the way.
The Promotion [Clearence LVL 4 Required]
During a raid on Site 65's D block Cell, The Chaos Insurgency managed to assist a number of D Class in escaping totalling to a number of [REDACTED].
1 hour from this incident, A number of SCP related files would reach the town of pinewood. Upon the realization that the files relating to SCP were uploaded to Truth Social, OPERATION BLACK BLACKET was put into effect to cover up the Information leak. The operation would involve deep cover operations and assasinations if needed on the civilian population. In the operation, D class were found to be involved with giving away the information in the form of documentation. After the revealing of this fact, SOP worked to capture the civilian population and amnesticize them, and terminate any loose D class in any areas that wouldn't trace back their involvement. After the Leak was dealt with with a cover story of "Terrorist Kidnappings". A raid on the Chaos Insurgency Cell 56 was authorized by Site administration to find any D Class still inside the Cell. The Raid went well without much issues and the remaining D class were terminated. Due to Senior Agent 'Pods' Involvement in this operation and completing it to a high standard, 'Pod' Was awarded the Foundation Star of Defense and a promotion to Special Agent.
