Why are you applying for Director of Research?
I'm applying for Director of Research (DoR) is to make Research & Scientific Department (RSD) better in documentation, and work program. In my opinion, self work is not that effective, since it only prioritizes work effectiveness. But work in group or project group, will make the communication, relations, effectiveness, and fastness even better than self work. Furthermore, I am pleased to spare most of my time to change the way of research by.
a) In group work / Project group work.
This type of research, will make other executives relation even better, since it will need communication to each team. This work will make research more faster, and effective. Because they'll work in group to solve / finish a problem (Test)
b) Open to everyone.
This mean everyone has their own rights to explain / give opinion, so Research & Scientific Department (RSD) will achieve their pleasant goal.
c) Integrated work.
This mean everyone have their own parts in work. So there will be no researcher that doesn't do his/her work. This also could be mean "Punishment" to the one that didn't take his/her part. This will be useful in group / project group work to reach one of its goal effectively (Faster research result).
What makes you suitable for Director of Research?:
I feel that I've enough experience within Research & Scientific Department (RSD) especially in leadership, research, and documentation. These are following reason that I feel I have enough experience to be a Director of Research (DoR):
A) My journey (In research) started in 2023, from there. I've seen, and learn how DoR management, leadership, and research work.
B) I feel that 8 months of experience within executives team is already enough, so by that I feel ready, and suitable to lead Research & Scientific Department (RSD)
C) I feel that I've quite good documentation, proven with:

What are the responsibilities of the Director of Research in RP?:
Director of Research (DoR) has so many responsibilities, but mainly there are 4 main responsibilities. Which are:
A) Research Management
B) Semi research & Administrative management
C) Site administrative management
D) General Responsibilities
Those responsibilities has their own things to do (Example). Which are:
A) Research Management
1) Authorize & Supervise (Supervise is optional, since there are only few SCPs need supervise), SCP Sampling, test, crosstest, and project authorization.
2) Mentor researcher
3) Grade documents in SCIPNET
4) Help executives then they struggling (Need some assistance)
5) Host a presentation / lecture
B) Semi research & administrative management
1) Give important announcement through [Research announcement]
2) Maintain stability with other department (MTF, IA, DEA, Medical, etc.)
3) Change research policies (This could be mean reformation)
4) Give strike / kick (when severe) to someone that has been doing unprofessional / doesn't do his/her work.
5) Manage Research & Scientific Department (RSD)'s documentation (Research Handbook, roster, etc.)
C) Administrative Management
1) Maintain communication with Site Command.
2) Maintain communication with Site Administrator/Manager.
3) Manage research communications.
4) Get information about executive candidates.
5) Deny / approve executive candidates application.
D) General Responsibilities
1) Not infobreach information to lower clearance (unauthorize personnel).
2) Maintain safety of non-combatant personnel.

Narative:
Prima was a member of MTF E-11 personnel, and did some good work. And the Site Command moved Prima to Research & Scientific Department (RSD) as part of executive's team. Eventually Prima has done couple projects. Unfortunately his DoR, as known as Elias Kaine; Has resigned from DoR. After that, Prima was brought to Floor-3 for a promotion contract.
