Why are you applying for Director of Research?
I'm applying for Director of Research (DoR) because I want to make Research & Scientific Department (RSD) become better by help anyone within RSD. I am also pleased to make RSD better even though it will take my time. Also, I will help any research personnel and even other departments when they're struggling with their problems, as I feel that it is my responsibility as DoR to help anyone. After that these are the following reasons why I'm applying for DoR:
• Help & continue last DoR contribution within Research & Scientific Department
By helping / continue last DoR contribution within RSD, this is would make RSD department become better and will make RSD and its personnel more competent in research and study.
• Make RSD personnel better
I think that I can make RSD personnel better with research & scientific by mentoring and guiding them to be more experienced within RSD using all of my experience in RSD.
I believe that these following reasons will make RSD better, so by that I'm pleased to do those things above even though it will spend my time.
What makes you suitable for Director of Research?:
I feel that I have enough experience within RSD and I feel that I have enough experience with leadership, documentation, and site knowledge. Also, there are few reasons why I am suitable for DoR:
• I have seen how DoR work and managing situation, from there I learn how to be a good DoR and department leader.
• I feel that I have enough experience within RSD, from I have in executive role for around 3 months. By that, I feel that I'm ready and suitable for DoR.
• I feel that I have enough experience with leadership. From E-11, I was CSG and I often do some trainings. Furthermore, I was co-leader of sub-division called "LRT (Lanahan's Research Team)" and the sub-division rised up, until Lanahan himself ████ and we quit "LRT".
• I think that I always do my responsibility. From OSA I've learn to always do my responsibilities, from that experience I will use that for my DoR role.
• I think that I have quite good documentation. From executive and OSA, I oftenly write documents, from there I think that I might be have good documentation.
I believe that I can and I will apply all of my experience into my DoR role, as I know it will make RSD improve (better).
What are the responsibilities of the Director of Research in RP?:
As Director of Research (DoR) mainly there are 4 (Four) main responsibilities. Which are:
a) Research management
b) Semi research & administrative management
c) Site administrative management
d) General responsibilities
These responsibilities has their own things to do. Which are
a) Research management
1) Authorize & Supervise (When needed) SCP sampling, test, and cross-test.
2) Mentor some researchers
3) Grade documents in SCIPNET
4) Help executives or even researchers when they're struggling
5) Contribute in a presentation / lecture (when needed)
b) Semi research & administrative management
1) Give important announcement through [Research Announcement] channel(s)
2) Maintain stability with other department (MTF, IA, DEA, etc.)
3) Change research policies (When needed & change it into better one)
4) Manage executives roster
5) Give strike / kick (when needed) someone that has been doing unprofessionalism within executives team
c) Site administrative management
1) Maintain communication with Site Command through verbal or even non-verbal.
2) Maintain communication with Site Administrator through verbal or even non-verbal.
3) Manage research communications
4) Get information / non-verbal sound from executive about executive candidates
5) Deny / approve (accept) executive candidates application
d) General responsibilities
1) Not infobreach "specific" information to lower clearance / unauthorized personnel
2) Maintain safety of non-combatant personnel by guiding them to breach shelter when code-5 is active
3) Enforce CoE, FLC, CoC, and Chain of Command
4) Contribute in a tribunal (When needed)
5) Maintain Professionalism
Please give some lore about your Director of Research character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Chapter 1: To exec
Prima arrived at the foundation on August 25, 2011. Prima is assigned to become part of RSD (Research Department). After 9 years, Prima has been promoted to senior researcher. When Prima became a senior researcher, he have showed his great performance and did his job really well. After that, the Director of Research (DoR) impressed with his performance. So the Director of Research (DoR) decided to promote Prima's position as an senior researcher to executive researcher.

Chapter 2: To OSA
After few years later. Prima is an executive researcher, and Prima's performance has been make O5-■ interested to hiring Prima to be Overseer Assistant. After a few weeks, O5-■ called Prima and began to interview him. After the interview is done, O5-■ gave Prima an application form for Overseer Assistant to asks Prima to sign the application form for Overseer Assistant placement position, after a few minutes and consideration, Prima decided to sign the application for Overseer Assistant placement.

Chapter 3: To DoR
After 1█ months, Prima has shown his dedicated to the Foundation. Sadly a DoR has founded dead in his office because of ████████. After a few weeks, Prima recieved message from O5-■*to come into his office through Prima's personnel tablet. O5-■ has seen Prima's activity and impressed. From there, O5-■ ask some questions related to RSD and Prima answer the questions correctly. After a while, O5-■ ask Prima to sign a contract for placement DoR position (Prima accept it).
