What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I feel that I have enough experience in this foundation, which is my leadership skills. I feel that I have experience enough to lead certain things. Proven by my role as an executive researcher, I have led a sub-division and made it a better sub-division. From this leadership skill, I wish to increase my skill and use it in this role.
Furthermore, I feel that my knowledge and professionalism are enough for the role as an overseer assistant. I feel that I have been doing a great job as a CL-4 personnel and always follow chain of command and code of conduct, as it was the main responsibilities as a CL-4 personnel. By that, I feel that I was ready to be an overseer assistant and apply my experience to it.
Afterward, I want to use my leadership, and my knowledge skills, as I know it will be helpful for the foundation and the others. From this role, I may improve my leadership, and knowledge skills that will be use useful in the future.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
a) Authorize researcher to do sampling and testing request (If there was no executive on-site).
b) Follow Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics.
c) Follow Chain of Command.
d) Ensure Personnel Wing safety by close blast door when Code-5 active.
e) Lead non-combative to breach shelter when Code-5 active until it is concluded.
f) Authorize AA when needed.
g) Authorize KOS pass airlock to D-class personnel when needed such as huge breach, etc.
h) Help MTF A-1 to do their task(s) (If needed).
i) Give D-class personnel work permit.
j) Do Overseer order.
k) Report any violation about Chain of Command neither Code of Conduct to overseer (If the violation subject is high ranking personnel).
l) Be a judge for Affairs Low Court.

Narative:
Prima arrived at the foundation on August 25, 2011. Prima is assigned to become part of RSD (Research Department). After 9 years, Prima has been promoted to senior researcher. When Prima became a senior researcher, he have showed his great performance and did his job really well. After that, the Department of Research (DoR) impressed with his performance. So the Department of Research (DoR) decided to promote Prima's position as an senior researcher to executive researcher.
After few years later. Prima is an executive researcher, and Prima's performance has been make O5-■ interested to hiring Prima to be Overseer Assistant. After a few weeks, O5-■ called Prima and began to interview him. After the interview is done, O5-■ gave Prima an application form for Overseer Assistant to asks Prima to sign the application form for Overseer Assistant placement position, after a few minutes and consideration, Prima decided to sign the application for Overseer Assistant placement.
