Why are you applying for Director of Internal Security?
Due to recently the ISD Leadership Activity beginning to dwindle, I now have decided that my time has come to rise to the stand due to me being one of the oldest Internal Security Department Leadership Members still standing after all of the Departments Highs and Lows. I apparently have been a Leadership Member before either of the other candidates had even become one themselves.
The Internal Security Department has not been doing the best in the more recent days, back when I was just a Junior Inspector, I saw what this department could be under the authority of the previous Directors. We have begun to have a slow rise back to our former glory but it has been shot down due to this sad news of one of our oldest Leadership still here leaving but in all I'm glad to hear he’s in a better position now.
I have seen time and time again the Internal Security Department being overlooked and looked back down on. I would like to change some aspects of this Department Including but not limited to, Operations, Attempting Tribunal Roleplay :sigh:, Recruitment of New Internal Security Department Agents and Operatives, Management of the Time and Effort our Department is outputting, etc…

What makes you suitable for Director of Internal Security?
Firstly, During my countless times interacting with all sides of the Community on the United States Server I have experienced how people in these positions can abuse their powers terribly if not horrifically to bring a downfall of all sorts of things they swore to Lead, but on the other side I have seen the light and how some people have emerged from being under this darkness and Emerged into the Greatest Directors, Commanders, and Leaders I have ever seen in my lifetime, There is no doubt in my mind that if it were not for these people, I would never have gotten this far and had never been given a second chance.
Secondly, I had been able to Climb to the Top of the Rank of Major Commander of the Chaos Insurgency and was able to have a form of Order in the midst of Chaos, Suppressed the Amounts of Server Health Issues created by the Insurgency with keeping the Regiment still Enjoyable, and Lead the Roleplay within the Cell and I am still shocked of how big of an Impact that had actually did on the Regiment, A Department which everyone had begun to think was unable to Roleplay then had turned to actually have a Side where they were actually able to truly RP, only if it was just for a few Months, I will never regret giving them that Light.
Finally, I believe with the Applications that have been sent, I have been in the Internal Security Department the Longest and have been in a Leadership far before any of the other contestants
had even had the chance to become one themselves.
The Internal Security Department has always been what I saw myself in and many others have seen this Light in me too “Apparently” and had taken me under their wing and taught me how to become the Player and Member of the community I am today.

What are the responsibilities of the Director of Internal Security in RP?
The Department Director of Internal Security as the name suggests… Directs the Entirety of the Internal Security Department. This Role is Overseen by the Ethics Committee. They control everything that goes on inside of the Internal Security Department, This includes but is not limited to Management of Agent, Investigators, Inspectors, Commissioners, and can Promote any of these ranks to such rank if all of the Requirements are met, Investigations of ALPHA - 1 & OMEGA - 1 when given permission, and at the utmost importance.. They ensure the Legal Codex, Code of Ethics, and the Code of Conduct are being enforced!
On top of this they should be doing everything in their power to keep their department going smoothly and should always attempt to let their department go Above and Beyond in their work.
This Foundation Rank is Classified as a Class - B Personnel and is expected to work fluently with the Site Administration, Ethics Committee, and Site Inspection. If this role fails to do their duties, the rest of the Internal Security Department will fall so it is essential that they can remain professional and conduct their duties to their fullest abilities.

DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR: PUMA ‘PROVIDENCE’

Backstory
The Earliest Records Puma ‘Providence’ were Involved in a Class - C “Broken Entry” Wormhole Incident where he had supposedly been on Site - 120, but that Site had been Destroyed a while back. Personnel had believed that there was a mix up because that should not be possible, he should not be able to exist if what happened to Site - 120 is True…[B]During his days here at Site - 65, Puma ‘Providence’ had definitely done a good number of Major Violations of the Legal Codex. This was of course frowned upon and punishment was given heavily to this personnel.[/B][B]Like a flip of a switch he seems to turn a new leaf? Puma out of nowhere just decided, “Ok, I can’t live like this” then proceeded to join the Internal Security Department.[/B][B]He was personally taken under the wing of [DATA-EXPUNGED], But there was some issues, other personnel of the Internal Security had been a bit afraid of what Puma would do as an Agent, surprisingly had shown excellence in his ability to uphold the Codex. This was heavily rewarded, with only a few months Puma ‘Providence’ had earned the Rank of Investigator.[/B][B]This process continued throughout the next couple years getting him all the way up to the rank of Commissioner of Field Training and Education.[/B][B]After this, Puma had started to get these calls… from this guy, he said his name was… Jackson ‘Providence’. He was a member of the Insurgency, but he acted similar to Puma, Craving Order in the midst of Chaos. These calls persisted for a few more months until a different voice was heard over the call, nothing like his own voice which was typically what Jackson sounded like to Puma. This voice referred to themselves as ‘Despoiler’, this voice wanted Puma to join them, and said Jackson was at Cell - 56 and Puma Accepted the Request for him to join the Insurgency. Like a Deal with the Devil it affected everything he was sworn to protect. Puma never heard from Jackson in person and began to question if he was being played, since all this time Puma was told he would get to meet the person without needing to be at a Telephone. After the Months flew by, ‘Despoiler’ had traveled to a separate cell and that is where Puma finally began to realize… they were lying to him, to use his information to kill the Internal Security Department behind his back.[/B]In a fight or flight moment when looking at the Commander dead in the eyes, Puma got in a Medical Vodnik and drove off to the Global Occult Coalition where he was assisted at getting back to the foundation safely, GOC Dispatched an Orange-Suit and Escorted Puma back to the foundation where he told Site Administration everything related to what the Insurgents were planning. Puma begged for mercy as they threatened to Murder him for his High Treason but in reality they had other plans… he was given Class - E Amnestic to forget anything to the date of when Puma started getting these calls. He was sent back to the rank of Inspector due to the Foundation being on high alert. Puma knew what had happened due to the large time gap being stripped from his life and the Delta Commander Officer Uniform in one of his cabinets, but he did not want to mention it in fear of being taken away.
The Watcher

Many Years flew by, Us at Site - 7 can’t seem to find much information about what had happened in that[B]before this Tragedy, The only Major Event that had happened prior was -1 leaving us…[/B][B]All links point to -1, he had stolen the relic, weeks before leaving the foundation to go to [REDACTED]. Without the Relic the seal was broken, Hollow breached.[/B][B]Site Staff start to see these symbols appear around the site as the wrath of the hollow ascends.[/B][B]Puma was also experiencing this hazard.[/B][B]Certain affected individuals inscribe whispers spoken to them by the watcher on the walls.[/B][B]Us at Site - 7 had begun to make distress announcements to the Site Administration of your Site about the Memetic hazard that is taking over the site.[/B][B]As time goes on, so does the effects of the hollow, finally awaken, personnel report still seeing eyes and symbols staring at them, those that had tried to learn more had begun to vanish.[/B][B]This Inspector “Walter Smith” began to have these visions or fever dreams of the containment chamber of this Breached SCP, leading them to the CCTV Data-Center, a cover up to prevent unwanted guests to the Hollows Original Chamber.[/B][B]The Ethical Forces open the CCTV Data Center in Heavy Containment and reveal the main sources of this anomaly, a giant stone that has the hollows energy flowing through it.[/B][B]They had a good two hours of research before RASIA Officer Lewis thankfully found out and put an end to this scheme that the ISD had done, or so he had thought as a few managed to make it out of the place without getting the amnestication as the rest of the ISD did.[/B][B]As the groups leave the Chamber, RAISA Officer Lewis leaves his right-hand man, Raphael locked in the Chamber, locked away with the anomaly for what seems like forever, but this is the Foundation and not everything is the way it seems… [/B][B]After time Raphael did something, we don't know how it happened, but Raphael lured the Internal Security Department back into the chamber almost 3 months later, which we are still curious on how he was able to survive for that long there. Raphael used the Relic which apparently he had this whole time and opened the Bridge to the Sub-Dimension where what they refer to themselves as The Watcher lives or dies, still not sure how it works there… but all we know is for a brief moment, the Watcher was killed somehow or he decayed if they had opened his Containment Chamber. Puma ‘Providence’ had sacrificed himself to become the Watcher and mend the Seal and keep the Hollow from consuming all of the Internal Security Department because they had fallen for its trap, they all knew about the hazard and if it were not for Puma, I'm sure none of us would be living still.[/B]‘Providence’

There was this guy, he did not give anyone his name, just placed a box in the Internal Security Department Wing and left. Inside of this box was a hat with a small tag on the side. [B][IMAGE-ATTACHED][/B][B][COLOR=rgb(255, 255, 255)][B]Puma appeared back on site wearing that Exact hat, he passed all of the Codeword Checks and his Data on the SKIP.net so I guess he is here, but wouldn’t that mean the [/B][/COLOR][/B][B]Hollow [/B]is free?
