What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?
Because I fail a lot at the things I try to be and the person I try to become.
But… I am willing to begin again… again… and again.
Hell, I'm applying knowing full well I might not get it but that's the thing, you don't need to know you will get something to at least try.
I have made many drafts and attempts at writing this document, it brought me to this Application.
The reason I could be your best candidate for the position of Overseer Assistant is my strive to do better, try new things & ways to approach my future, and finally my willingness to try again.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
The Overseer Assistants act as the Right-hand men of the O5-Council.
When an Overseer is absent the Assistants have equivalent Authority to any other Clearance 4 staff member.
They can enforce Orders onto anyone below Site Command, like Site Administration.
When no Overseer is present they are allowed to give orders to MTF A-1 “Red Right Hand” which lower clearance levels may know them as the cover name “FISA”.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
I wish to become a part of the O5 Council because it gives you an unbelievable amount of Freedom and Creativity where you can create a character and craft unique RP Experiences that average Lower Level Staff would not be able to do.
I am interested in the idea of having one fundamental objective, to push the progress of the Foundation further and further, allow for it to reach new heights and ensure the organization will never fail.
I dedicate most of my time on the Chaos Insurgency and I act as their Lead in terms of RP for SCP Research and Development. I actively attempt to keep them in the loop of RP and I wish to conduct my Roleplay again inside of the Foundation instead of the Chaos Insurgency.
The O5 Council offers a Position that both feels and acts higher than your typical Jr. Clearance 4 whilst continuing to serve directly under someone and initiate their task.
When I was a Simple Senior Gamemaster I had Conducted and Lead an 8-9 Month long Major Event Series with Marvin Garden, the Head Gamemaster, this Series revolved around an Entity called the Hollow, at the end of event it cause my Character Puma ‘Providence’ to become the a Seal, The Thaumiel Class for the Entity, keeping the Entity at bay. Since then I have not played as this character in an attempt to actually make my Character into the sacrifice. Why am I telling this story you may ask? Because the first thing I stated in response to the question was “because it gives you an unbelievable amount of Freedom and Creativity where you can create a character”, now I believe that my Character would fit in perfectly. Sure I could try with something like the Internal Security or the Research Department but that is not my goal.
