Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: So currently in THE WHOLE of my time on the server I have 1 Ban, and 2 Warns (I say 2 but its 1 warn for 2 reasons). To begin the ban.
-The ban was a 3 day ban for the reason of "LTAP". The story behind this is one day during my first week on the server it was ~2am, I cant remember exactly other then it was late, I was combat level like 3, and wanted some more combat XP, so due to me previously not having read the rules to the fullest I stabbed other D-Class and got off for the night, and awoke to being banned the next day. The warning is for FailRP and Hitbox Abuse, the FailRP part is due to me mentioning FearRP in VC once during a situation, and in the same situation I jumped like twice during a firefight with a GENSEC Sergeant. Other then those my record is clean.
-
Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
Lets begin with my primary reason, I WANT TO HELP. Ever since my time in A-1 I have been playing some D-Class and other odd jobs around the site grabbing a grasp at the state of everything, and honestly what I've seen isnt looking great. I personally dont want to see the server deteriorate because of something like this because I've had genuine fun on here, something i havent had in quite some time. I personally want to take up the role of Site Advisor to not only help out with these issues but also to take my experience of GMOD RP servers (4+ Years on GMOD RP Servers, more then half are in leadership/moderation positions) and help those that are only on this server or who simply haven't played RP servers that long. I would also like to partake in a non-combative position, compared to rushing in and thinking of everything with a gun, I want to think of a more strategical position and improve my talking ability and overall get to know more people around the facility. To continue, I want to take my activity (several hours a day, 5 days a week, every week besides big breaks from school) and use this to be on site at all available times and constantly overlooking and improving whatever I would be assigned over.
-
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
What makes me suitable to be a Site Advisor; Well to me its several factors. The first of which is activity. I am on as previously mentioned, Several hours a day, 5 days a week, every week, besides big breaks from school due to IRL situation. This activity will allow me to not only work closely alongside whoever and whatever regiment I am assigned to in a consistent pattern but also let me get to know everyone and help them feel safer coming to me with issues they have so that I may be able to properly handle it within a timely manner. The second factor is communication, if there is ONE thing I ensure is ALWAYS with me is my communication, I ensure everyone who needs to know of any possible LOA's or anything regarding my activity is made aware as soon as I can, but im active on discord EVERY DAY. If anyone needs to talk to me DM me on discord and I Will get back within the hour, and if not its because im at school or asleep, but normally I'll get back within the hour available to talk about anything. This communication policy I hold to a high standard is a very important trait to me and its one I will always keep behind an open door letting anyone who wants to, or needs to talk to me about something can find me in a timely manner and get a response from myself at any time. and finally, the last trait is experience. While yes when looking at CG SCPRP alone, Its not quite as impressive, but under my belt I have 4+ YEARS of GMOD RP Experience, a lot more then most, especially considering 95% of my 3348.8 hours on GMOD is RP Servers, This experience lets me take a different stance on things and lets me think about situations in several manners to truly determine a good course of action.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Site administration is in the name, They administrate the site to ensure all duties of the individual under them is being upheld in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. They are also to be assigned over a division to "Review" them where they look at a bunch of factors relating to that division and give it a rating and ways it could improve. These systems allow regiments and division as a whole to improve and see their flaws to where they know what to work on at all times.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
*A knock heard on the metal door leading to General Security Bunk 5A, The only soul inside being a General Security Officer "Alex Graves" who is still recovering from a Class C Amnestic applied to him after his duty to the Alpha-1 Regiment and the Overseer Council.*
"Ugh, my head, 'I'll get the door in a second!, calm down' Who could it be now?" *Another hurried knock sounds throughout the bunk*
*Alex opens the door after scanning his keycard on the pad and opens the door, outside stands Site Inspector and Site Director*
"Good evening Mr. Graves, Me and my friend the Site Inspector here wanted to have a quick chat with you"
"Uh, Of course, should we go somewhere more private?"
"Of course, Please, take a walk with us"
*The 3 men begin walking towards the site directors office found within the newly constructed Core Sector*
"So as you know this site isn't one that many can even know about, but that there are certain, 'beings' in here that if news of their existence leaked could cause mass chaos, a facility such as this one would require extensive administrative experience and proper security to make sure one of these situations would happen, dont you agree Mr. Graves?"
"I mean, of course, some of the things we keep here are somehow scarier then the D-Class."
"Now isnt the time to joke around Mr. Grave, There is a reason we wanted to talk to you, its regarding a certain opportunity."
*The Site Inspector turns from his position at the window overlooking the core sector and signals the site director to leave the office, the command is promptly followed by the director without question, leaving only the Inspector and Alex in the darkened office*
"Good evening Alex, Please take a seat. Recently you have done a lot and assisted many people around this facility, however you have always been under the command of someone, always being "Advised" on how to do stuff, wouldn't you say sir? Well today I have come to talk to you about a new chance, to be the Advisor, a Site Advisor to be specific."
*The Site Inspector throws a document on the desk*
"Here, read this. It goes over some responsibilities you'll hold should you chose to accept, of course certain things are redacted for your personal safety, those will be revealed should you chose to accept. You will have 7 days to make your mind, If you wish to accept sign the document and hand it off to the lovely Site Director outside, If you chose to decline leave it blank and carry on with standard duties. Any questions?"
"Uh... N-no sir, No questions, Is there a pen around I can borrow at least?"
"Check the clipboard. Have a good day."
*The site inspector walks out as the Site Director takes a step back inside*
"You'd better get back to your bunks officer, And make sure not to lose that document. Have a good day Mr. Grave."
*Alex Graves takes the document back to his bunks, takes an aspirin before sitting down and reading over the document, realizing this is his chance he takes the attached pen, and signs his name at the bottom of the document, and walks back out of his bunks towards the site directors office*
"Who could be knocking so soo- Mr. Graves, That was fast, did you have a question?"
*Alex hands the document to the site director*
"I'm Ready."
