Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am applying for Site Advisor because i feel i am a strong candidate for the role. With my leadership qualites and past experience i feel i can bring a fresher mindset into the site admin team and also help with newer members further into the future something i want to do with this role and help out foundation from a more admin side instead.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I believe i am the most suitable for this postion because of my past experience as a IA Director, Site Advisor, Site Manager, 05 Council and Ethics Member. I feel with what i've learned over the year of those postions i can bring a stronger and more stable roleplay into Site Admin. I have worked closely with a lot of the people in these postions some i helped grow into what they have become now. My knowledge on the day to day tasks of the foundation, the CoE and CoC/Legal Codex will help me carry out my duties within the site and help with relations out of site as well. I've held many leadership postions within the foundation including jnr cl4 postions that i have proven myself worthy of a great leader.
I understand my time away certains areas have changed but with that welcomes new possiblites for me and ways i can better myself from my previous tenure. I welcome new tasks and difficult times because that is what i'm best at, problem solving and working out better rp for everyone and working well within a team. My reputation throughout the site is another strong point i have, with this i feel my communication between departments will be heard and i feel i can help them out as much as possible. I feel i made an impact in someway and i wish to continue that impact and widen my view on things and help out everyone with this postion and create amazing rp and stroy within this role.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Site Admin is a key role in site-65 they handle a lot of the internal issues within departments before it reaches site command.
They assign new directors, new MTF commanders (excluding O-1 and A-1) and keep relations between GOI. They are key RP players within the server.
A list of other responsiblities;
-Attending meetings
-Hosting meetings
-Authing Sweeps
-Watch over departments
-Authing AA during codes
-Authing Raids if needed
-Approving tests and signing off samplings
-Making sure foundationg personel are keeping up with LC, CoE, CoC
-Assisting with RP for departments and foundation in general
-Handing out punishments to department leads if needed
-Approving Dclass work permits and signing off on them
-Assisting on Department Policy changes
-Working underneath O5 Council
