What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?: What makes me the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant is my previous experience and knowledge of the Code of Ethics and its Legal Codex. Previously serving as an MTF Omega-1 Captain, I was responsible for guarding the Ethics Committee as well as completing orders handed down to me from them. Ethics Committee Assistants function in a similar way in terms of being handed orders, and carrying them out. As a level 4 you are also expected to set a high bar for professionalism on the site and take charge when not many higher people such as Site Admin or level 5s are available. As an Ethics Committee Assistant-Coordinator, I was previously charged with ensuring that all ECAs completed their departmental reviews and orders from the Ethics Committee were carried out properly. In fact, what earned me the spot of Coordinator was my innovative ideas on how to improve the role such as my making of an automated report submission system that would automatically mark ECA's reports as completed on the roster once they submit them. I also did some google sheet things during my time as Internal Affairs Ambassador and IA Ambassador allowed me to dip my toes into investigating other departments and MTFs which is a big plus to have in this application as a lot of the job is department reviews itself.
I would say my maturity also makes me stand out. Since November of 2022 of on and off playing on the servers, I have only 3 warns in that very large timeframe. My maturity is also a contributing factor to my obtaining my level 4 positions as well as dedication. Naturally, I'm also extremely easy to work with and a friendly face to many. It's really hard to anger me, and I feel that makes me able to approach lots of situations with a completely level head and look at it from all angles before deciding an outcome which is important for any role involving Ethics.

Recker doesn't remember much. He just remembers his time in Nu-7 and then after that, it sorta fades away; but lets start at the beginning. "Recker", born James Kato, was brought into the site from serving in the Ranger Battalion of the US Army during the war on terror in the middle east. During his time on being in the site, he ranked up through the ranks of MTF Nu-7 before his memories just kind of... stop, until recently. He is told that he decided to transfer from Mobile Task Force Nu-7 to Internal Affairs, and it doesn't make much sense to him. Everyone addresses him as "Recker" instead of James Kato, and he just sticks with it. He has a remarkable recollection of everything to do with the Code of Ethics and Legal Codex, and isn't sure where he gained this knowledge, either. He starts to suspect that he was Class E'd but decides not to question it as it's probably for the best.
