What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
-Dedication: I can give a lot of dedication to being an overseer assistant such as the dedication I have shown to E-11 and will show the same dedication to assistant as that's what I will put most of my time for.
-Activity: I can be Very active in some cases and be on most of the time to assist in anything that requires me to be present and can be on for long periods of time to help anyone that might need me.
-Experience: Although I do not posses any cl4 Experience I posses some experience from my past jobs (Nu7/E11) and I have worked with other regiments making me have some knowledge about what to do and what not.
-Professionalism: I will always stay in character as well as being patience and listen, I will also be friendly towards people instead of pressuring them and will not break any rules regarding professionalism
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
- The Job of an Overseer assistant is to assist the O5 council in anything they need, They will follow direct orders from O5 they will also supervise some departments and give any information they gathered to the O5 council, when no O5 is on site Overseer assistants are to represent the O5 council and represent them they will also enforce the code of conduct as well as sometimes commanding mobile task force Alpha-1 for some missions, Overseer assistants are must do any order given by O5 and when under direct command they have more authority then other cl4 personnel, they will sometimes work along other regiments in order to gather information about them and sometimes will work along site administration to gather information as well as help in anything they need,

Rick was just a normal person living a normal life He then transferred to the city to study after years he returned to his old town near site-##
Rick Noticed something wasn't right, He noticed people were missing Then one night he went out and saw a strange creature resembling a red oversized dog He soon noticed it was blind but the fear didn't let him think straight He then began to run, Soon after, He was being chased when the creature was about to catch up he heard gunshots all around the place he was too scared to look back, he then bumped into an armed man and soon after he got knocked out, after he woke up he was in a cell? He looked around the place but couldn't find any sort of escape way then suddenly the door opened a strange man came in with documents in hand.
-???: So you are Rodrick Correct?
-Rick: How do you-
-???: It appears you have seen things you shouldn't
-Rick: You mean...the creature?
-???: It seems you have seen too much
-???: Don't worry though I will not harm you.
The strange guy then took out a syringe containing a strange liquid Rick didn't know what was happening as he was still in shock after the chase, he then noticed a badge containing the letters S.C.P Could it be some kind of cult? Maybe a secret government organization Rick thought soon the Person began speaking again
-???: we have looked at your history and we have shown interest in you so say, Would you like to join us?
Rick thought about it for a moment He knew these guys were serious but if he rejected who knows what they can do to him and so He accepted he soon joined the Research department where he learned about SCPs and what they do he began climbing the ranks up to be even praised by Executives and such But one day... There was a failure with one of the containment systems 049 broke free Rick knew what he did and how to counter it and so he used the equipment used in tests and recontained 049, He felt relieved, He had seen many people die even friends... he then decided to never let this happen again and after trying he joined the Mobile task force Epsilon-11 "Nine tailed fox" and using his knowledge of SCPs he helped recontain most of them but Rick felt something was missing... after a long day Rick got a mail signed by someone he never heard about He then went to ##### to meet up with -3
