Why are you applying for the Chief of Security?
- To obtain what I was after when I first started this server. This is assisting Gensec in as many ways possible, as a Chief of Security I will be able to expand Gensec. When I first started my foundation career I was helped by many people. Because of this I must pass the favor down to the next generation of Gensec who come after me. It is important to educate those who come after us in the same way a knight must train a squire. Lastly as a Chief of Security I will be able to have easier communications with other departments and improve on how Gensec and other departments interact and fight with each other.
What makes you suitable for Chief of Security?:
- I believe my experience as a Gensec Captain and actions took while I was a captain have prepared me for this role. I have an extensive knowledge on the codes of ethics and conduct as well as maximum knowledge on Gensec protocol. A list of what I have been able to do are as follows. : Update and Maintain a 34 Page Slideshow on all Gensec practices. Spearheading the AXO program in which we currently have 12 members and growing, the document creation that I have finished to explain this program. Being a strong advocate for Departmental Protocol changes which have gone through, as well as advocating for communication growth between all units. This paired with me being a professional Gensec Captain and an effective one leads me to this conclusion. Lastly most of my hours are on Gensec Captain.
What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Security in RP?:
- A broad responsibility is to oversee the whole of Gensec. a list of what Department Chiefs are responsible for are implementing protocol changes with the acceptance/knowledge of site inspectors to make sure its okay. To lead, inform, and guide Gensec Captains as well as ensure the department is strong. This includes making sure captains are properly trained as well as overseeing how captains can respond to threats that are near D block.
Please give some lore about your Chief of Security character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Robin 'Iron' Trinket picked up his codename Iron from a fateful event that happened all those years ago. Robin was a mayor of a metropolis once whose peaceful city thrived on a naval harbor where trade was active. The city used to never sleep with the economy flowing like rivers of gold. But that all changed when the rivers flowed red. Monstrosity's rose from the rivers in mass numbers storming the city. Priests screamed that it is divination whilst police officers shot their bullets to no effect. Robin as mayor had to act fast to save lives, Robin ordered the evacuation of the entire city via buses and trains. Luckily for Robin the trainyard had been full of trains due to shipments for a skyscraper in progress. Robin had the police and firefighting force get as many citizens aboard the trains and buses as possible. The rest would take their cars and flee he hoped. Robin organized a military force consisting of Armed citizens, The police, and all combatants in the area into the front of the trainyard. Whilst the battle commenced the monsters slowly but surely started to overwhelm the ragtag force. But the battle lasted an hour with the monstrosity's throwing rocks and spat some rancid mucus. Just as the battle look lost the sound of helicopters boomed in the air. Missiles raining down on the monstrosity's. Robin didn't know at the time who they were but armed militants jumped down from the helicopter grabbing the militia team and getting them to safety. The citizens had long evacuated but there were no extra vehicles for the combatants. They all believed they were going to die. MTF saved them that fateful day after all was said and done Robin was offered a job at the foundation. This was due to his leadership during the city's darkest hour. The city now sits ravaged and forgotten by the world. Robin now wears the name Iron due to his unbreakable will that day as well as in memory to those who were lost.
