Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
- In my time as a Security Captain and Department Chief I have worked hard to improve the department in every way I can think of. I believe having someone as a Site Advisor who works closely with General Security will be a great asset to the department. I also want to state that my involvement with General Security will not lessen if I get this role. I want to be able to help General Security and will also take active steps in helping the Medical Department as well. Having a site advisor that knows about the position they will look over is tremendously useful and helpful and I know for certainty I can fill that role.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
- I am adept at administration, I have lead a General Security subdivision called AXO (Advancement of Elite Officers) and I believe that the documents I've written along with my leadership skills puts me in a strong position for this role. Another reason I believe I'm suitable is that I am a Department Chief. Department Leaders are responsible for a lot of paperwork at least General Security's are. My experience in General Security and my reforms are important. Making decisions that affect experienced players but also new players can be a difficult task but I know what I have done for General Security will improve it. My main focus is RRT and Captains as my time as Department Chief. Ive done things like rewrite the tryout system for RRT (not posted just yet), currently working on the RRT handbook, and established that all RRT should be in TeamSpeak while on. As well as a roster for them.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
- One of my biggest goals is too increase communication throughout the site. They are responsible for overseeing branches. As well was writing documents on bi weekly reports to their site director. They are tasked with authorizing AA and giving MC&D a permit to sell weapons on site. As well as following what the site directors and Site inspectors/ Ethics tell them to do. The position I am aiming for his looking over the Medical and General Security departments.
