Yes. I have received warnings/bans in the past for toxicity and MRDM, however these were over a year ago when I did not take the server or roleplay as seriously as I do now. I believe my recent activity reflects this improvement, and I am confident that those past mistakes no longer represent how I play or conduct myself.

Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am applying for this position because I want to take a more active role within foundation leadership. I want to have a more active role in shaping direction and overall quality of roleplay within Site-65. As a Gensec Captain, I have spent a considerable amount of time maintaining order, overseeing, and supporting site with respective operations. But I personally want to make a move from combative enforcement to more pragmatic and behind the scenes decision making. Additionally I want to help create a more immersive and professional environment where players feel their actions and interactions with me and others matter. I also believe this role is perfect for my style of RP, it is a mix of both authority and support, guidance and decision making a mix that I not only enjoy but believe I am good at balancing. I also want to mention this would allow me to complete my desired transition of RP from a combative to a more noncombative authority.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I believe I am suitable for Site Administration due to the fact I have proven my leadership experience, decision making and ability to remain composed during my time as a Gensec Captain. As a Captain, I have been responsible for managing and training personnel, responding to codes, following procedure, and enforcing rules. I strive to gain the total loyalty and obedience of GSD personnel when I am on site and shine as an example for others to follow. I believe my approach to Captain is somewhat noteworthy, I am not one to overrule people due to my clearance level, I take a more pragmatic and neutral approach to decision making. I try to listen to others and their opinions to get their perspectives and try to explain rather than punish people for infractions. I think this type of leadership is important and can be used in Site Administration because you not only need authority but you need to lead by example and I believe I can do this while also bringing different perspectives into Site Administration.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Site Administration is essentially the backbone of the foundation. Their primary responsibility is to oversee the site and maintain cross-departamental balance. They ensure all departments are in perfect symbiosis and that no department is breaching established rules within the site. They also ensure that no one department is overstepping its jurisdiction. They also serve as decision makers within departments, for example during codes, they are critical as they can issue orders so others may combat the code. Their alternative responsibilities include the conduction of meetings with other Clearance 4 personnel to discuss what has been happening around the site to ensure the site is running as smoothly as possible. Another major responsibility of Site Administration is the enforcement of policy and guidance of other personnel. They enforce site rules, and also advise on site-wide policy to higher clearance individuals (CL5). They also help guide others, they can help print new cards for people who have lost them or even to d-class who have shown exemplary behavior and a wish to help site -65. Site administration’s tertiary responsibilities include serving as leaders for others to follow which is done by being professional and responsible during all times while on site.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Roman Lookma began his foundation career in the General Security Department, where he exemplified himself due to his tactical awareness, composure, efficiency and his blind obdecience, earlier in his career he was involved in multiple containment breaches and raids, where his ability to coordinate and effectively respond to spontaneous situations earned him recognition from senior command. As he rose to the rank of GSD captain, Roman became known not only for his enforcement capabilities but for his morale lifting presence and strategic mindset. GSD saw him not as an authority figure but as a mentor, someone you can open up to, someone you can talk to, and most importantly someone who could relate to you. This earned Roman a reputation not seen in others, he was not just a blunt force, he was a way of thought. Coordinated and communicative, Roman worked to minimize rule breaches within his department and also worked to prevent unnecessary deaths of D-class. His leadership could be summarized in 3 words, Communication, Composure, and Coordination. Over time his consistent ability to handle and manage complex situations and the department as leadership led him to begin thinking more and more about administrative duties. Transitioning from a combative, leading sweeps, training others, and maintaining orders, to an Administrator, helping the site as a whole. Site Advisor Roman Lookma would be deeply involved in internal investigations, especially those involving misconduct, security procedure, and breaches of protocol. Roman’s background in security leadership would give him a unique perspective when analyzing incidents. He would also play a critical role in operations especially between RSD and GSD, where conflicting priorities and ideas are common. This would allow for legitimate and complex RP scenarios where Roman’s neutrality and ideas of perspectives would allow for a solution that would benefit and make both pastries satisfied. His character would be defined with professionalism, decision making, composure, and a strong will to maintain order. This would make him a central figure in both routine and major events.

Roman, you're a good Captain, but I believe you lack the experience and time required for this position. Site Advisor, from what I've heard, is a very heavy job, and will require a lot of attention as it is a Senior Position.

I think, maybe a few months from now, you'd be a good fit, preferably more time on Site, and better relations with people from various departments and regiments. Advisors are Site Role Models, almost everyone can look up to them.

It is a very RP heavy job, and coming almost solely from Combative roles, there doesn't seem to be any basis to gauge your skill level.

On an unrelated note, your application is very well made, and contains a lot of good detail. I'd recommend basing your lore a tad bit more. Me personally, I have around 2k words for mine.

My entire time on Civil Networks Roman has always been helpful and kind to me, offering me guidance no matter what question I have. I feel they could make a great addition to the SA team with the experience they have and what I've seen personally
